Yes. I bought two: this (a strong cool/crisp white) and the other version of this (a warm white). Both are amazing and I cannot recommend them enough. Quick charging, easy to install, and while the warm white is great for video calls this is great for seeing things more clearly as it's brighter. I can't comment on the little sticky pads that come with since I didn't use those. These are magnetic and as I had a shelf with metal brackets above my desk I simply hung the lights from the bracket--worked perfectly and never fell. Plus, I can charge them from my laptop! They're incredibly lightweight so they could also double as a flashlight, and as someone else pointed out would be great in the event of a power outage. A few months ago I got a (wooden) loft bed and didn't know what I was going to do about these lights as I didn't know how the sticky pads would work on wood. We installed some door brackets (any piece of metal would work but as these are large flat pieces of metal with holes for screwing in they're perfect) on the underside of the loft bed and they hang perfectly from them! They've not fallen even once The lights have three levels but I rarely use the third one--they're that bright! I bought the warm one first so that I could see my desk better and also because my face always looked dark in video calls. I now put the light right above my laptop and that solved the problem completely! The cool white one (this one) is better for reading/getting work done though. The light seems more crisp and allows for better viewing of what you're working on. In short: if you just want to be able to see what you're doing the warm one is definitely bright enough and gives nice lighting (especially during a video call), whereas the cool white (this one) might be a bit harsh for some people (but is better if you have trouble seeing as it seems a bit brighter and maybe crisper). How often you need to charge them will likely depend on your usage but I use mine a couple hours a day every day and only charge them once a week! Better yet if you're using them at your desk leave them plugged into your laptop and you won't have to worry about charging them. If you're worried about the sticky pads messing up wall paint just put something metal on your wall or where you want them to hang and they'll attach no problem. I received these in July of 2020 and am just now writing a review (April 2021) because I kept waiting for them to break or something bad to happen that I could write in the review--but no, 9 months later and they're still as if I just got them yesterday! We're even thinking of getting more to just put everywhere around the house. ... show more

I like to potential portability the magnet offers so that you can take the light and use it else where. it comes with two mounts which is great. Out of the package now 2 weeks and I'm very happy with their (3) performance. I haven't used them enough to know how long a charge lasts. I fully charged each one, taking only a few hours to top-off. Out of the box it's ready to go - you just decide where you want it to go! I'll have to update charging times as time passes. Now, the caveats. Horizontal works much better than vertical. The magnet could be a little stronger, or maybe the base metal more receptive, as the slightest bump will send the light falling from the holder. (It is quite sturdy.) To counter this; to turn the light on and through its stages to off, one must 'tap' very lightly on one end to proceed. Problem is, the contact reception is infrequent, causing one to tap harder or all over the lamp's end to operate each step. It really only takes a patient 'tap', but it can be a little frustrating. So, I guess the sensor could be stronger. Nice slim design and easy to grasp from the holder, if you need a quick flashlight. Mind where you put those holders, 2 of which are included. The magnet in the lamp is strong enough to hold onto a 4" zinc plate, mounted anywhere you'd like, horizontally, of course! It's a good idea to put one close to the recharging source. MHO. You receive a 6 foot USB type A / micro USB type B adapter, 2 lamp holders w/2 extra double-sided tape patches, the lamp and instructions. (see photo) The 3 light stages are fair to bright, with the middle being optimum for most. Again, MHO. All that, and I still feel like I got a fair deal. I use this light for vanlife, it has three brightness settings and the highest is bright enough to see the interior of the van at night. It comes with two mounts, so it can easily be relocated to fit your situation. It also comes with two extra adhesive pads in case you decide to change where the mounts are located. Being that it is wireless/rechargeable means you can easily use it as a flashlight and fit it into tight spaces. My only complaint is that for my situation, the magnetic mount could use a stronger magnet. I have one mount at the far back of the van, and when I hit a bump the light will fall off of the mount. I do plan on ordering more, now that I have tried this one and am happy with it, and have them placed around the van interior for my primary light source at night. I don’t know how long the battery charge last, I’m still on my first charge. ... show more

Works well, has three different light settings. I thought it was battery powered as well, but it is not. The charging cable is a decent length. The magnet is pretty strong, overall great light. Also comes with 2 year warranty.

This light worked so great and was easy to install, use, and charge. It had multiple settings, but it was still very bright on the lowest setting especially because it was LED. I would have to dock some stars because: 1. The bar actually detached to the magnet part leading to the bar falling on my head at night on multiple occasions (painful & scary). 2. This light lasted me a little more than 2 years until it just stopped turning on randomly. the red light to indicate that it’s fully charged, never turned off and if I would tap the bar to turn it on, it wouldn’t turn on anymore!! ... show more
