I had no problems with this product. Really easy to install. I vented mine out so I had to run electrical. Take a little bit of brains to hang it but just be patient and take your time. Take plastic film off before hanging it. Overall it's excellent. It has excellent exhaust pull also

The open space between my two cabinets is 33 1/2 and the range is about 30 inches and I thought it was going to look small, but it apparently looked just perfect.
