I have been using this for a week now and I love it. I have owned two similar products in the past and there are a number of features that make this truly stand out head and shoulders (no pun intended) above those: 1. I love that it is rechargeable - I am not tethered to an electrical plug! This makes it so much more versatile and ensures that I use it even more often. 2. The heat function - it really adds to the relaxation. I keep it on the high setting all the time and that is plenty! 3. I initially missed the usefulness of the elastic strap - it is a huge feature! All the other products like this I have previously used required me to hold onto the straps to keep it pulled down onto my neck. But, with the elastic strap I can strap it on and just "wear" it while I go about my day. Also, I am a big guy (6' 5") and I note that the elastic strap was long enough for me. 4. With some experience I have found I can get it to massage different muscles. My favorite is to slouch just a bit in my high-back office chair (to pin the massager against the seat) and then look up at the ceiling - that moves the massaging down between my shoulder blades even more - that is something I just love. Another trick is to loop the elastic through my belt in the front - this changes its angle compared to when the elastic goes around my back and hits my muscles differently. Overall, this is great product. The differentiators for me are the elastic strap and its uses and the recharge ability!

This cordless neck massager has been a lifesaver! I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and this device gives me instant relief. The massage nodes are strong but soothing, and the heat feature is the perfect bonus — especially after a long day at work. What I love most is the portability. Since it’s cordless, I can use it while walking around the house, working at my desk, or even relaxing outside. The battery lasts a good while between charges too. Highly recommend this if you deal with neck pain or just want a little extra comfort during your day. Totally worth it!

This device is lightweight, quick charging and has strong kneading. Good positioning of massage bars and really breaks up the muscle tissue to ease tension. The plastic casing and massage ends are not padded so a little uncomfortable for me but placing a hand towel between the massager and neck makes all the difference.

The media could not be loaded. This neck massager is VERY nice and different than the rolling ball type that I own. I do want to say that I got this product for free to review because I am a current customer. This review is my honest opinion and you can check my other 100+ reviews. I ONLY write what is true for me!... This HEYCOOL Cordless Neck Massager has 2 little arms that rub the top of your shoulders like 2 thumbs would do! It feels amazingly real! It doesn't rotate like the other types of BALL neck massagers. But I just shift the device to the right or left a bit and I get all the shoulder areas rubbed! There are also 2 pads on the side of your neck that get pushed nicely. I feel like I'd like more pressure so I put a small towel around my neck! That works! The other different thing about this massager vs the ball type, is that this is RECHARGEABLE!!! You can take it with you to use after exercise! The ball rollers require AC (all that I've seen do!)... So that is a big PLUS! I've had 5, 10 minute sessions per charge. Charging comes with the supplied USB-C cable, but you need to get the block to plug it into. (ANY smartphone block should work!) So overall I would recommend this to anyone EVEN IF you have the ball roller type because this gets to different spots on your neck! Try it!

It's almost there as a product but not quite right. The neck part doesn't squeeze well enough and the part on your traps squeezes too hard. The heat works well but it's very frustrating because it so very nearly squeezes the neck in a satisfying way but it just doesn't get tight enough.

After a full charge it will only massage for about 30 mins if you are lucky sometimes only 24min. Not great for high cost of this item. The part that works on the sides of the neck feels great but the 2 massaging arms that do the upper back are useless they do move but do nothing to massage.you can barely feel them. Not worth the money. There are better ones for less on tiktok and Amazon.
