The walking pad is good. Quiet and easy to use. The only thing I didn't think about was balance. I should've gotten one that had something to hold onto because it would be stabilizing. I'm an older lady and although my balance is pretty good, I feel unbalanced when I'm on it. No way am I doing an incline without something to hold onto. So make sure you think about that before you buy it

Motor of the walking pad smoked upon the first use. Seller was cagey and sketchy and tried to get me to cancel my return thereby not allowing me to file a claim against them if I had issues with them processing it. Thankfully I did not cancel it despite their demands and after several days of back and forth they refused to provide proof of refund despite saying they were issuing it and I had to get Amazon Customer service involved. Avoid this seller and dangerous product at all costs. It's not worth the hassle. The product was very noisy, smoked after 5 minutes and had a horrible odor. I am not a first-time treadmill user as I have a more substantial unit at home, and this was purchased to get steps in during the workday. I lubed the belt and tried all the things and the motor still got very hot and smoked. This product is dangerous and their customer service was horrendous and would not give any written confirmation/receipt for the refund that they claimed to be issuing despite multiple polite requests from myself and Amazon Customer Service. The seller never did issue the refund by the way, but Amazon had my back and had my money back in my account the same day they approved it on their end. Avoid at all costs. If you're looking for a good walking pad, I highly recommend ordering the " Elseluck " model from another seller. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Thankfully Amazon had my back on this purchase or I would have been out $100

It’s a smaller pad, but that works for me as I’m a smaller person. It’s plenty big for my strides - though if I was 6’6” I might have a different opinion. It is no louder than any other walking pad, and it is light enough that I can pick it up fairly easily. What I love about this walking pad is the price and the functionality that comes with it! There is an app…but after glossing over it, I deleted it. My focus is that it functions well, allows me to keep going after 99 minutes 59 seconds instead of abruptly coming to a halt. This is impordant to me as I get lost in my walking while working, and not having that random stop is a major plus - I hate being taken out of my zone to restart a walking pad. Size, price, functionality - so great I bought two. Love it!

VERY pleasantly surprised thus far with the quality of this walking pad for the price point. I was able to snag one at $100. Although I cannot yet testify to the lifespan of the pad, I would still be happy with this purchase if I only get a year or two out of it. And, even if it does die in a year or two, this gives me the chance to see if I utilize a walking pad enough to justify paying more for a fancier option in the future. As of right now, it seems as though the walking pad should hold up for a good while. The walking pad is sleek, it comes with oil for the pad that should last me a year or two at least, the remote works well and is a very nice feature to have. The 6% incline option is excellent as it provides a bit of a better work out. I am glad that the incline is just a simple mechanism that you change manually. The little feet that fold out to add the incline feel sturdy. This fits easily under my desk, out of the way. Although it is a tad narrow compared to a full size treadmill, it is still comfortable to walk on. It is not very heavy. I am 225lbs and hoping to aid my weight loss and wellness by getting more walking in. The machine seems to be handling my weight without issue. PS: THE APP WAS OPTIONAL, at least at the time that I got the walking pad. You have the option to download it, but you don't need to have it for it to function.

It was exactly what I expected it to be. When in use it isn’t very loud. However, when you start, turn off, or increase the speed of the machine it lets out a very loud beep. This machine does NOT fold, but I didn’t think it would in the first place. I wanna add that this thing is actually pretty heavy. I had to bring it up a flight of stairs alone and with nerve damage in my back— so you can imagine that wasn’t pretty. It’s a bit skinny looking honestly, but I gave it a shot and it worked great despite being on the heavier side. I wouldn’t say this is super space saving, but I am able to put it under my coffee table when not in use. As someone with nerve damage it CAN be challenging to put it under there when I’m done and pull it back out when I’m ready to use it again. Overall, it was exactly what I expected and it’s a decent bit of equipment for the price.
