The media could not be loaded. I bought this for use at home but my husband fell in love with it and took it to his office. Turns out it works so perfectly in his office and he’s getting much more steps everyday now lol! According to him, the operation is simple and you can use the remote to adjust the speed. Perfect speed for some exercise in the office, even when you are working. It has an incline mode that helps to burn more calories. Also very it’s pretty quiet. Bonus point if you are using it at home, there is a Bluetooth speaker built in. My husband said he hasn’t used that feature yet. Another great feature for office use is that you can put the tablet or mobile phone on the front stand when exercising. The machine supports fitshowAPP to unlock more sports fun! Honestly, this is so much better than those big chunky treadmills. It fits so well under a desk. Also it has wheels so you can drag it to wherever you want. What an unbelievable piece of trash. Loud, only comes in kilometers which is whatever, but it's dangerous. It's nowhere near wide enough for anyone aside from a child, and it has a sharp plastic bit on the end so if you go backwards even a little bit it stabs you in the foot.

This treadmill was easy to set up. I have been using it for an hour a night for two weeks and haven’t had any issues yet. The walking is smooth. I’m 5’4” and weigh about 130 lb. My son is 5’10 and he didn’t have any issues but only tried it once. He seemed to think it was fine for his height as well. I recommend this one. I will check back in 6 months and let everyone if it is still working with no issues. You use a remote to turn it on. It works great. I keep it up in the little holder. Not much else will fit there. So I wear leggings with side pockets. I keep my TV remote in one pocket and my phone in the other so it can record my steps. So it works fine. Happy Cardio!!!! ... show more

Not a fan of this walking pad. The cord is very short. I literally have to have the front of it 1.5 feet away from an outlet to plug it in. It also makes random noises the higher the speed. I would not recommend.
