I needed to exercise more and as a busy nurse didn’t have time to do a lot of outside exercise. This treadmill was perfect because I can watch my favorite shows on Netflix for 30 minutes and at the same time get a good workout in. It comes with a remote control and was already assembled and easy to use. Its convenient size makes it perfect for quick easy storage under a bed and lightweight enough to move around with ease. I highly recommend this treadmill for those of you with a love of healthy living

I picked up the walking pad by Treaflow to slip under my standing office desk. The goal is to add a morning walk (not run) to my work days at home. Product pics are accurate. This small treadmill or walking pad turned out to be much better than I thought. Is a basic walking pad with a couple of nifty options. I love the smaller size and lighter weight, yet still seems durable. Is made of steele and at 37 lbs is portable enough to move around and store. It has an incline adjustment up to 6% and the silicon padding is comfortable on the legs. A remote control allows you to adjust while walking. This has been perfect for me, is a great way to get some morning steps in. Walking wakes me up and alert; the small footprint makes it practical. This is a good looking piece of equipment, is fun to use, and is a great find.

I used to have a fold-up treadmill and it was a pain to set it up and find room to store it. I love this little thing. Takes up very little space when stood up for storage, and is nice and compact when laid out and in use. It took me a very short time to get used to not having anything to hold onto, but then that always reduced my upper body exercise anyway on my old treadmill. The top speed on this is plenty fast for a very brisk walk or jog, as I generally walk between 2.6 and 3.4 mph. It is NOT a fast running treadmill, but this should provide me with great walking exercise when it is too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter to walk in the neighborhood. It really is a perfect size, and the Remote control works well. Use the wrist strap. It starts off slow and stops slowly. This seems to be a very quality machine. I hope it lasts as well as it looks!

I really like this walking pad. I haven't used any others, but I like this one. I enjoy how low to the ground it is and how easy it is to move. The adjustable feet allow for leveling on uneven floors or to make an incline. I am using this as suggested, at my desk, so I can walk and work at the same time. It is controlled by a remote and the max speed is 4mph. The remote could be better. It is not very sensitive and it takes a bit to get to speed. That is the only reason for a loss of a star. Since I can only control this via remote and the remote isn't very sensitive, sometimes it can be frustrating.

Its design is very suitable for placing under the desk, so that you can walk easily while working, without taking up space or disturbing others. The 2.5HP power is strong enough, and it runs very smoothly. The noise is very low when in use, and it does not affect my work or watching TV at all. It has an incline function, which allows me to increase the intensity of exercise during my daily walking, and it feels better than ordinary flat treadmills. The LED display is very intuitive, and you can clearly see your steps, distance, and calories burned, and monitor your exercise status at any time. The design of the remote control also makes it easier to operate, and you don’t have to bend down to adjust it in the middle. It is really a must-have for lazy people.

Ok, this walking treadmill is really nice and worth very penny! I’ve used it for a week now daily and it is extremely high quality and doesn’t take up a lot of space. I was concerned that it wouldn’t really give me much of a “workout”, but it definitely does! It can get up to 4 mph and I was lightly jogging trying to keep up. I’m also very impressed as I’m about 205 and the listed weight limit is not too much higher than that, but I didn’t notice any issues with the motor keeping up with my weight and even as I was jogging, there was no shaking or creaking of the treadmill which is great. I LOVE the remote that comes with it and the ability to control the speed and go through the functions with a small remote. It also came with tools and oil to maintain the belt. It is incline adjustable, but only by turning the knobs on the bottom. Not a big deal and I wouldn’t expect it to be automatic on a treadmill of this size and price. All-in-all, it’s a great walking treadmill and I’m happy I got it.
