I had an issue after opening my new walking pad and kept getting an error so I couldn't use it. I oiled it and I looked up ever video under the sun to try and fix it to no avail. I finally contacted customer service, hoping they knew and it was an easy fix so I didn't have to re-box the thing up to return it and wait for a new one. They got back to me in just a couple of hours with the solution, which the problem was a loose wire that resided in the bar, not the motor area where I and everyone would think to look first lol, that fixed the issue right away. Now my walking mat works and I can't wait to use it! Highly recommend on just customer service alone! And the treadmill itself is awesome and easy to use. It's not super loud, which is great because I live with a toddler and an a baby who I don't want to wake up when using it. It seemed very sturdy considering it's half the size of a big treadmill. I don't feel any difference when I tested it out and it even seemed really sturdy with incline. The speed is also great! I thought it was going to be slow but you don't really realize how fast 4mph is until you try to walk it and it turns out to be a fast power walk lol. All in all I would totally buy again and recommend to everyone in know, especially ones looking for a space saver!

I’ve had this treadmill for about a month and so far, so good. Easy to operate. The slight incline is nice. I didn’t feel the need for an automatic incline to add to the cost since the manual is just as sturdy/easy to adjust. I haven’t used the app with it so I can’t comment on that. But overall for a lightweight treadmill, I’ve been very pleased. The holder is big enough for an iphone pro max, but not for an ipad with a case. My 10 yr old stepson has used it too and liked it. It’s great for someone getting back into working out again or someone who doesn’t want to go to the gym too late or too early in the day. The thickness of the pad is nice and you don’t have to use the lube it comes with to start. I have it around for later but it’s been fine without it. I’m not sure what to comment in regards to how loud it is because it seems like normal treadmill sounds to me. I play music or a show and don’t get bothered by it. It also fits nicely under my sit/stand desk, but I haven’t used it on a Zoom bcs that’s annoying. Will post pics later!

Main handle in front is a lot shorter than pictured. You have to lean forward to hold on if you need to! I’m 6’1” and my wife is 5’6”. It seems to be well built except for that. The front handle should be adjustable. It doesn’t work well if you have lower back trouble!

I am very happy with this treadmill. I wanted something to walk on every day to burn calories and hopefully lose some weight. Right out of the box I was surprised by how easy it was to set up. I didn’t need my husband’s help! It is quite sturdy and the belt does not shift left or right when walking on it. It does not take up too much space in our spare room and it’s fun to use. The price was very reasonable and I am so glad I ordered it! Comes with a three year warranty . It will be perfect for me to get my walking done inside this fall and winter during the cold months. I total recommend this treadmill!
