The item was shipped within a day of it being ordered and was received without any damages. The unboxing was easy enough. The product was already assembled and ready to use. I must highlight that after reading the instructions and powering it on it did not start. I started panicking, thinking that something was wrong. However, it was an easy fix I contacted customer support using the number in the manual and I was provided with a simple solution. The remote had to be reprogrammed. This took less than a second to complete. Once that was completed I heard a satisfying beep and the belt on the treadmill started to move. IT WAS WORKING.!! I have been using the item consistently for over 5 days because I need to get my steps in while working from home. I am not big on exercising and I am not familiar with gym equipments and feared that I would have had a hard time using this machine. I can truthfully say I am comfortable using this treadmill as it offers different speeds that can be adjusted based on how intense I want my session to be. It allows me to pace myself while counting calories, tracking the distance walked, while keeping the time. The Walking Pad Treadmill is easy to use, easy to store and does not require much space. It is light weight so I can move it around easily without any assistance from my partner. The noise level is great as I am able to make calls while getting my steps in! So far this has been an awesome purchase!

The "Narrow Path" is the Secret to a Better Stride! Ready for use right out of the box! It's light and easy to move around! I am absolutely thrilled with this walking pad! I’ve been using it daily and I noticed something unexpected but brilliant: because the design is intentionally narrow, it has completely corrected my gait. Unlike wider treadmills where you can get "lazy" with your steps, this pad forces a precise, linear walk. I can actually feel it working the muscles on my side thighs and hips (the stabilizers). After just a few sessions, I feel more aligned, and I’ve noticed I’m walking with much more grace and confidence even when I’m off the pad. It’s quiet, easy to store, and the build quality is excellent. If you are looking to not only get your steps in but also improve your posture and "model" walk, this is the one to get. It’s transformed my daily routine and my physique. Highly recommend!

This is a really nice product to get your steps in. It goes up to 4mph, and that is reasonable for me. I dont exceed over 250lbs so this works well! It was a little heavy to carry up my stairs but other than that it is pretty much perfect. It makes minimal noise but does not incline. however, but i dont mind. Its small and fits under my bed so it stays out of the way. It is at an affordable price and came assembled with a remote and 2 lubricants for the treadmill.

I'm a big back these days and am always nervous about home exercise equipment not performing as advertised but this was a very welcome surprise. It's sturdy, quiet, can be moved around fairly easily, and hidden just as well. Fits right underneath my desk so I can game and not feel like a complete mess and it keeps me active in a nice passive way. The remove is really nice because I can switch speeds easily, and the calorie counter and mileage is really nice at a glance so I can stay encouraged. It's really smooth to walk on, and holds me seamlessly. It's been a daily driver for me for about a month now and I love that it comes with bonus oils to ensure longevity. 10/10

Nice little walking pad. The walking part is a little more narrow than I thought it would be (or maybe I didn't realize how far apart my feet are when walking normally) and as others mentioned can't have a long gait but it's not a deal breaker. Fairly quiet, easy to move and doesn't take up a lot of space.

Great little walking pad for short strides. It also died a month out of warranty. It worked the night before and just would not turn on the next day. Replaced the batteries in the remote still nothing. Pushed buttons, still nothing. Then I took the top panel off and then pointed the remote at it and it beeped and i could turn it on again. Did nothing but remove the cover that must of been air wrenched on. Very difficult to unscrew because they were so tight. Have no clue why it works now from just removing the cover.

Pleasantly surprised, I wasn't expecting much to be honest, but this thing is actually wonderful. It is quite compact, easy to store (slim and can slide under a couch), it has wheels for easy rolling and it isn't too heavy, my wife can easily move it. It is stable, doesn't slide on my hardwood floor at all, even on max speed. It has a remote control that can start/pause and adjust speed. The top speed is sufficient for my needs but keep in mind you cannot run full speed on this. The track feels grippy, overall the whole thing feels solid and reliable.
