The item was shipped within a day of it being ordered and was received without any damages. The unboxing was easy enough. The product was already assembled and ready to use. I must highlight that after reading the instructions and powering it on it did not start. I started panicking, thinking that something was wrong. However, it was an easy fix I contacted customer support using the number in the manual and I was provided with a simple solution. The remote had to be reprogrammed. This took less than a second to complete. Once that was completed I heard a satisfying beep and the belt on the treadmill started to move. IT WAS WORKING.!! I have been using the item consistently for over 5 days because I need to get my steps in while working from home. I am not big on exercising and I am not familiar with gym equipments and feared that I would have had a hard time using this machine. I can truthfully say I am comfortable using this treadmill as it offers different speeds that can be adjusted based on how intense I want my session to be. It allows me to pace myself while counting calories, tracking the distance walked, while keeping the time. The Walking Pad Treadmill is easy to use, easy to store and does not require much space. It is light weight so I can move it around easily without any assistance from my partner. The noise level is great as I am able to make calls while getting my steps in! So far this has been an awesome purchase!

I've been trying to walk more, but with the weather being weird, and the pollen count trying to destroy my sinuses, I haven't been able to get out much. This is a good alternative, allowing me to walk inside and get my steps in. The speeds range from a leisurely walk to a brisk pace, and the remote makes it easy to speed up or slow down. The install was super easy: literally unpack, plug in, and turn on. When I'm not using it, I lean it against the wall and it fits nicely between my desk and the wall. It's easy to move take out, use, and put away. It's not too heavy and even if it were, the wheels make it easy to move around. Now the next thing I need is a standing desk so I can walk while I work.

I bought this out of finding ways to work out from home. I think overall, it serves its purpose, however I do have issues. first off, there's no wiggle room for your feet. unless you buy a hand rail or something to support yourself, your forced to look down, head tilted (or at least I am) for my safety. its not tall enough nor wide enough. its good in a aspect not being big as its easily movable, still weighing about 40 lbs. but easily fits in my apartment rooms. but on the flip side, you make one mistake step or slack for one second and you might lose balance and fall. I don't feel comfortable putting this thing above 1 mile but no more than 1.5. without some sort of support. overall, it's a good sub option. I don't see this replacing my gym specific treadmill, but it does provide a nice, simple effective stroll in my room I can't really complain much about. I recommend for casual walking and minor boredom burns in your house / apartment, but not the replacement to the gym I had really hoped for. not disappointed, serves my needs, but just proceed with knowing what your getting into by buying this.

Amazing walking pad and amazing customer service! This walking pad is perfect for any space. I normally keep mine on a mat to make sure it does not damage my carpet and to increase the longevity of my walking pad. The walking pad itself isn't too heavy and is easy to move. Customer service is excellent. I was having some issues with my remote and treadmill belt. Customer service was quick to help assess the problem, and when we couldn't figure it out, they sent me a new walking pad. I appreciate their dedication to making sure their customers are satisfied. I would definitely recommend!

The walking pad has been great for me since I had bought it back in May with zero issues using it. Recently I did some cleaning and ended up throwing out the remote for it though and wasn't able to use it for a bit. I reached out to the support team asking if I could purchase a replacement and they decided to just send a replacement remote for free, no charge or shipping either. They had it all squared away within hours of emailing them the original issue, saving a ton of headache and annoyance.

when i received the item, it was non-functional (i.e., it was receiving power, but the screen wouldn't display and the treadmill wouldn't run). i emailed customer support and they were quick to respond. thankfully it was an easy fix; some of the wires had detached during shipping, so all i had to do was plug them back in. looking at other reviews, this seems to be a common issue, so i honestly can't recommend this product for someone who simply wants to plug-and-play and isn't willing/able to spend some time finagling screws and whatnot (the treadmill comes with an allen wrench lol). otherwise, it functions great for the price and does everything i need it to do. i don't know how long it'll survive, but we'll see. one last consideration, the box it came in was over 15kg and 4ft tall. not impossible to transport, but definitely something to keep in mind if it isn't being delivered directly to your house/you have to carry the package a considerable distance.

The treadmill easy to set up and use right out of the box and it's the perfect size to store out of the way when not in use. We like the quiet operation as well. Their customer service deserves honorable mention as well. When I reached out with an issue with my remote, the one that we somehow lost, they responded the next day and took care of it.

The walking pad came and worked twice, but then for some reason it stopped working... I contacted their support and did some troubleshooting, and found out that the hardware was damaged and that's why the power couldn't turn on T_T. Luckily them and me talked it over and after many attempts of troubleshooting, they realized that the issue was due to shipping (or lack of care during shipping) They issued me a new walking pad (1 year warranty) and it works great! The only reason for the minus star, is because they need to have better shipping vendors... :(
