The media could not be loaded. Okay maybe some people haven't had a problem but, just got it, shows an error code 6. So anyways called customer support told him I had an error code 6 they wanted me to take a picture of the error code? And send the picture to an email? I was like what, you don't believe me that there's an error code 6? 🤔🤔 So I did call three times and spoke to three different people, and apparently if you have any problems with this, you will not be able to get your problem resolved through the toll free phone number provided! Again, I think the motor for the belt was DOA out of the box? But then again, customer support could not tell me what the code meant, go figure, and actually the customer support phone number is a joke there is no support. So I guess it's time to box this heavy thing back up, send it back to Amazon, and get something from another manufacturer. ... show more

I've been using it in my home office for about 2 weeks. Setup is simple - just plug it in and go. I store it under a nearby bed and it's easy to pull out and move under a desk, but you should be mindful of its weight to make sure you can move it around that much comfortably. As for operation, it's smooth and fairly quiet. At least others on a Zoom meeting can't hear it. The remote is simple and intuitive.
