I really like this walking pad. It was easy to put together and works very good. It is quiet and does not take much space in my room. I use it almost every day while studying or watching videos. The incline makes walking a little harder and helps me get more steps. For this price, I think it is a very good product. So far everything works great. Happy with my purchase!

Motor of the walking pad smoked upon the first use. Seller was cagey and sketchy and tried to get me to cancel my return thereby not allowing me to file a claim against them if I had issues with them processing it. Thankfully I did not cancel it despite their demands and after several days of back and forth they refused to provide proof of refund despite saying they were issuing it and I had to get Amazon Customer service involved. Avoid this seller and dangerous product at all costs. It's not worth the hassle. The product was very noisy, smoked after 5 minutes and had a horrible odor. I am not a first-time treadmill user as I have a more substantial unit at home, and this was purchased to get steps in during the workday. I lubed the belt and tried all the things and the motor still got very hot and smoked. This product is dangerous and their customer service was horrendous and would not give any written confirmation/receipt for the refund that they claimed to be issuing despite multiple polite requests from myself and Amazon Customer Service. The seller never did issue the refund by the way, but Amazon had my back and had my money back in my account the same day they approved it on their end. Avoid at all costs. If you're looking for a good walking pad, I highly recommend ordering the " Elseluck " model from another seller. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Thankfully Amazon had my back on this purchase or I would have been out $100

Just received this today and it's working fine out of the box. I don't know if you actually have to connect it to the app to use it like some of the other recent reviews say or not because I just went ahead and scanned the QR code when setting it up...kind of wishing now that I'd tried it before connecting to my phone because it seems like it SHOULD work by just turning it on (there's a red switch on the front) and starting it up with the remote but it comes with a paper on the top of the belt that says it won't start properly without being activated (or more accurately, without "activating your warranty benefits"). The remote has a wrist strap and came with an extra battery, which is nice. I am a little afraid that I'm going to lose it but luckily I the place I will be using the walking pad is right next to where I hang my keys in hooks on the wall so I have it hanging by the strap so it doesn't get lost. One thing that surprised me is that it has "SUPERun" branding at the top, which is not shown in the product photos or mentioned anywhere in the description that I can find. The placement of the LED screen is also different than it is in any of the other product review photos, so buyers neware that the product they are ordering is NOT necessarily the same as the one most people have been reviewing. There is also no manufacturer branding on any of the paperwork, which to me says that people could be getting walking pads made by any number of different manufacturers by ordering this and it is probably the same as some other walking pads being sold under other listings under other brand names. "Lacuffy" is not mentioned anywhere on anything that I received. The only company name listed anywhere on the instruction manual or other documents that came with it is PitPat, so just be aware of that if purchasing. Besides the weird manufacturer/brand discrepancies (the reason why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5, because sellers should be transparent about what people are actually buying), I like it a lot so far. It's not fancy but is pretty quiet and seems to work as it's supposed to. I'll update if anything changes over time, but so far it gets the job done. Also, my cats think it's fun to sprawl out on Fingers crossed that they don't figure out how much fun that belt looks like it would be to use as a scratching post.

I’ve been very happy with this walking pad. It arrived in excellent condition, was ready to use right out of the box, and fits perfectly in a small space. It’s quiet, easy to operate, and the remote control makes adjusting the speed simple. The incline feature adds a nice challenge to my daily walks, and it feels sturdy and stable while in use. VERY pleasantly surprised thus far with the quality of this walking pad for the price point. I was able to snag one at $100. Although I cannot yet testify to the lifespan of the pad, I would still be happy with this purchase if I only get a year or two out of it. And, even if it does die in a year or two, this gives me the chance to see if I utilize a walking pad enough to justify paying more for a fancier option in the future. As of right now, it seems as though the walking pad should hold up for a good while. The walking pad is sleek, it comes with oil for the pad that should last me a year or two at least, the remote works well and is a very nice feature to have. The 6% incline option is excellent as it provides a bit of a better work out. I am glad that the incline is just a simple mechanism that you change manually. The little feet that fold out to add the incline feel sturdy. This fits easily under my desk, out of the way. Although it is a tad narrow compared to a full size treadmill, it is still comfortable to walk on. It is not very heavy. I am 225lbs and hoping to aid my weight loss and wellness by getting more walking in. The machine seems to be handling my weight without issue. PS: THE APP WAS OPTIONAL, at least at the time that I got the walking pad. You have the option to download it, but you don't need to have it for it to function.
