Like everyone else says, hanger is wrong. I bought the new bracket they recommend, what a problem. Original bracket bolts broke since they were 20 years old. Had to find a new mounting spot. Better off getting one with the correct hanger. Update 5-2-19 Wound up changing this pipe with one with the correct hanger. This pipe was never good. Rattled around all the time. Bought the Dynomax pipe which is made by walker but with the correct hanger. No more rattles. had to drill out the old bolts and put the old hanger on.

It fit as expected on my 98 grand Cherokee with the 4.0l I6. The exhaust on my jeep is pretty mismatched so I had to cut a could inches off the muffler end before welding it in but I would venture to guess it would fit pretty well on a factory set up. Hangers lined up pretty close too, took a little persuasion but not to terrible. For the price delivered to your door this kind of thing is hard to beat.

On a Jeep Grand Cherokee, Walker wants you to use an adapter bracket since the hanger is at right angles to the OEM attachment point. I have had the hanger heated with an acetylene torch and bent 90 degrees to use the OEM attachment. The pipe is not long lasting, this is the third or so I have had. I am also on my third guaranteed for life Walker muffler. They know you will lose the receipt.

My vehicle is a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 5.2L. This fit exactly right EXCEPT for the rear hanger that's at the back. That's a pretty big deal. I ended up cutting off the hanger on this one and the old pipe and welding the old hanger on the new pipe. If you don't have this capability and have this vehicle I would say to avoid this particular pipe. Other than that, it was cheap so I'm happy, but a little disappointing.

THE TAIL PIPE HANGER ON THE END IS TURNED IN THE WRONG POSITION HAD TO BEND IT IT THE RIGHT POSITION TO FIT THRU THE RUBBER HANGER ON THE JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE

Not a direct fit for my 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee, The mount bar is facing 90 degrees the wrong way. I found this out only after I had cut the old parts out. So there was no turning back. I had to heat and bend the mount to almost match up with the body mount. Then had to take and leave one bolt out of the body mount so the hanger would match up with the new angle of the pipe mount. I made it work because I was too far into the project to deal with sending it back for the right part.

Tail Pipe arrived with no issues, seems well built and correct for my application. Has the larger tip for the 5.2L Grand Cherokee. I have not installed yet and hope it holds up. Walker has been a good product in the past.

The pipe is decent quality, but the bends have several crimps in them. Also the hanger was not welded on correctly and was facing the wrong direction. If you just want something cheap that you will need to modify this is an okay piece.
