    • Attractive Furniture at a reasonable price
The product is light weight but sturdy. It is not hard to assemble and the instructions won't make you wonder what you just read. The packaging is very protective and well thought out. One of the arms to one of the two chairs was manufactured incorrectly. The two seat unit and the other single chair went together as advertised. One chair arm was made wrong and had to be replaced. That was we discovered that the "customer service" department doesn't work a full week. We contacted them on a Thursday, the same day the material arrived. There was no phone contact available; we received a message directing us to the website. We followed up on the website (still Thursday) and by Saturday had not received any response beyond a computer-generated auto response on Thursday promising to reply. By Saturday we contacted Amazon to go on record and let them know we still hadn't gotten a response. Amazon couldn't get in touch with them on a Saturday either. On Monday we were contacted and asked to provide photos and receipts to substantiate our need for a replacement arm. We uploaded the necessary information and two days later received a notice that our replacement arm had shipped. It arrived on a Tuesday, 12 days after the original order was received; it was the correct piece and the set is now complete. Good furniture for the price.     • Screws don’t line up on more than one piece
The set is very stylish and comfortable. We purchased the loveseat, two chairs and coffee table combo. The cushions are thick and almost waterproof. Putting it all together was a pain, though. Almost all of the pilot holes were not aligned correctly and we had to do a lot of shaving to creat the necessary space to for the screws to catch.     • Good and Not so Good
I really like the pieces that were drilled correctly so they could be assembled, not so happy with the chair that won't go together unless we redrill the holes. Not happy about that at all.

We like the set - it's nice looking and comfortable enough. We did not have any trouble putting it together. We did not like the way the dark brown looked for our patio, so we painted our set.

    • Nice looking Furniture
A very nice looking piece, however, the sidearm on the love seat cracked under 6 months of use. he original store (123) on Amazon would not respond to my inquiries for a purchasing a replacement part and after finally speaking with the manufacturer (who were nice to deal with) were not able to replace the part. I'm very happy with the patio set. It fits perfectly on my brick patio and goes with the craftsman style of my home. It's comfortable and the wood it of good quality. My son put it together so I don't know how difficult that was. I'm putting the teak oil on now. That really brings out the beauty of the wood! ... show more
