I was a little worried on this due to past reviews that were posted, but I ABSOLUTELY love this table.they grey is a nice shade and it’s sturdy, easy to wipe clean. We have 3 children and this has been such a nice addition in our home. They bump it and it doesn’t budge. I love the thickness of the table. It comfortably fits 6 with comfortable spacing. 8 could be a bit of a challenge with where the legs are but could be done as there’s plenty of table space. I think out of all our furniture we ordered this and the walker Edison Tv stand we’re my favorites! The best value we’re the chairs I bought to go with this. As I got the table and 8 comfortable chairs for just under $800 which was my budget for our dining table. I looked everywhere and couldn’t find the rustic look I was going for until I found this. ... show more

I wouldn't exactly consider this table "solid wood." It's made up of several solid wood pieces and it's not particle board or MDF, but it is not solid either (see underside photo). Also, the legs are wood and a little wobbly. Either way, the description is accurate enough and I'd probably buy again for the price. ... show more

Ok so we love this table and it’s beautiful, sturdy, and just what we wanted…buttttt putting it together almost killed us! The most frustrating part was the hex key is L shaped on both ends and a lot of the spots in assembling the top are very tight areas and with one end not being straight, it made it extremely irritating to have to screw in the bolt one quarter inch at a time, removing the hex key and readjusting each time. I would suggest making sure you have a hex key of your own to be able to assemble it with more ease. Other than that, it’s the perfect addition to our dining room! ... show more

if you are looking for a very affordable stylish table buy this. it is beautiful, elegant and affordable. i only gave it 4 stars because it scratches so easily (so sad). the table's legs are black wood and the top is painted wood (that is why the scratches show on it si easily). i still like this table and honestly for this price i don't care if it will look damaged in few months, i can just throw it away and buy a new one. so if you are looking for a slylish affordable piece of furniture just buy this and add a set of 6 modern chairs to your cart (that is whta i did) and you will end up with a cute dining set for less than 500$. i would have loved if it did not scratch 2 days after i bought it though, so i am writing this review so other people can have more information about this table before placing their order ... show more

I am completely surprised at how much this table was above my expectations. It is more natural of a color than I was thinking from the pictures on the website however that is completely ok with me. You can see a side view of the table that is in natural daylight, the more yellow toned natural look is latter on in the evening with lights on. I am so surprised. It only took me about an hour to assemble. Very easy. My only concern is that the product description states the table is wood and metal. Unless they are telling you the screws are made of metal this table is 100% wood. I was a little concerned however after I put the table together I am no longer worried about the frame being wood. If you are wondering if you should buy this table do it. You will be pleased. ... show more
