As long as the shipping is good (and mine was, as they guys who delivered it were careful in placing it down on the ground and not dropping it!) then you are good to go. The box is extremely heavy and says "2-person carry." I was only able to carry it myself a short distance before just opening it up and carrying the parts to where I wanted to assemble it. It's like Ikea furniture, as you need to spend a little over an hour putting it together carefully, but the instructions are very clear and the parts are well-labeled - and it even comes with extra parts (which I didn't need). They even put in stickers to put over the metal screws inside, so that when you are done you wouldn't even know by looking at it that it's compressed material - at least I thought that was a nice finishing touch and shows that they took time to think about the finishing details. I got two of them, so put one together on day one and the other together on day 2. You have to be careful not to over do it when screwing in things, as it's made from compressed material so I used a drill at the lowest setting and the instructions say "do not use drill" because if you had a drill without adjustable settings you would probably destroy it. I just took my time and was careful and it worked out fine. It's a lot of screws to put in, some of which use a hex screw so I was thankful for my drill bit that fit the hex and made quick work of that task! They look great in the end, and certainly worth the sale prices which are an excellent value for what you get. Very sturdy as well. Says it will hold up a TV on top up to 100 pounds, and I think that's understating what it will do once you have it all assembled. I don't see it falling apart once you get it all together. I'd buy it again (and in fact I just ordered another one in white)! ... show more

I admit it took me a long time to decide if I wanted to try this in my space or not. I read the horror stories about it arriving broken or scratched up and being hard to assemble and parts not lining up correctly. I was terrified, but it looked to be exactly what I needed for that space so I had to go ahead and try. If anyone has returned something big and heavy before, you know its an ordeal. I was pleasantly surprised. And as I was putting it together, of course I came to a piece that didn't line up. I thought, well this is what they were talking about. But it was piece number 5, the center piece that had cams on both sides. I looked at it long and hard and said hey, those cams can't be in the same place on both sides, it would break, and they weren't. I flipped it over and it was perfect. So before you get all angry and try to return this behemoth, flip piece number 5 over. It should be in the directions, but it's not. Also, the directions instruct you to put the doors on with the top hinge first. I found it much easier to put the bottom hinge on first if you are doing it by yourself. It looks beautiful, the cabinets are deep and sturdy and I am just so happy with it. ... show more

I love everything about this product it's easy to put together as long as you use the glue your fine it's sturdy and reliable, of a matter of fact it's so sturdy I bought two more of them I'm using them as entertainment stands for my TV's I have a 75" Samsung in my computer/mancave/game room and it fits it perfectly I'm using the second one out of the three I bought to put up against the other one that my 65" curved Samsung TV is in the living room for more storage and to fill in the gap of my huge wall.... Its not a waste of money just use your glue or buy your own like I did I bought gorilla wood glue and it works better but the glue it comes with will make it sturdy.... ... show more

I was skeptical of buying furniture online especially the reviews are all over the place. Took a chance because of the Prime Day pricing. It turned out great. Package was intact when delivered. Instructions were easy to follow. All the hardware was there. There was a pack of spare parts of screws, cam locks and bolts and such. Assembly was easy enough. Definitely agree with a lot of other reviews when it comes to getting the doors lined up, and as someone who has adjusted this daily for weeks now it’s brutal. I finally got it to a spot where it looks evenly spaced all the way around and the doors look straight!
