Believe the negative reviews. This stuff looks pretty in the pictures but it's crap. No damage to boxes. Furniture is just cheap shoddy poorly made junk. We ordered 4 chairs, a bench, coffee table and end table. 3 of 4 chairs had cracks. Bench was cracked. Table not level. Tolerances are a joke. Supports do not line up. Joints dont line up. Stuff is held together with messy glue. More hairline cracks that I can post pics of. And unless everyone in your family weighs under 125 lbs or so I wouldn't trust the ratings on this at all. No WAY it's going to hold up to a 250 or 400 lb rating. Good luck returning it after you've unpacked it all only to find you've just wasted good money. ... show more

I really liked the look of this product. It was a bit of a pain to put together. The directions for the last step are very unclear and it seemed like there was not a place to put the final screws. The table came together very easily, but the chairs and loveseat were much more difficult. But we did what we could and it came together. After about 3 uses, my husband moved a bit in the chair and the back piece split right off. Very disappointing. Hopefully this is not what the rest of the furniture will do because it will be in pieces before we know it. ... show more

If negative stars were an option I would give it -100 I would need a wood shop to put this junk together, the holes were so far off I was not even able to assemble 1 single chair. save your self the hassle and buy GOOD furniture. I wont ever make this mistake again.
