    • Even a beginner can use it well!
My husband's hair was so long. We both had procrastinated getting hair cuts due to life and BAM! COVID happened. So we suffered from our really delayed hairstyles but enough was enough. It is heavy and seems to be really well made. It was easy learning how to use it, watched some YouTube tutorials, and I think I did a decent job! It didn't get caught in his thick, curly hair and it was easy to clean after the fact. The husband loves it as well and plans on giving himself trims. ... show more

They are pretty strong, they vibrate a bit and can get hot, but that's typical with prolonged use of any clippers. They're stronger than your average clipper so be sure to take your time with these. One of the clipper combs(guards) did come broken, but I had already bought a set of heavy duty ones for another pair of clippers. If you plan to rely on the guards, I suggest purchasing and additional set because the ones that come with aren't good quality. All in all good purchase though ... show more

I read some of the other reviews and was a little worried that this would be a used item as some other people said that they had. I can only speak for myself, but I checked these clippers very closely and this one looked new as far as I could tell. The accessory bags were sealed and everything looked unused with no hairs, fingerprints or scratches. With the current lock down I have not been able to visit a barber as they are all closed so I bought these. I am very happy with the clippers, they do a great job. They did no get too hot and made about as much noise as the clippers that my barber uses. ... show more

These clippers get top marks from me, they cut hair effortlessly, stay cool longer than most, and have good adjustability in addition to coming with a decent number of attachments. They DO require that you oil them regularly, after 5 or 6 uses the blades will start to heat up pretty significantly due to friction to the point they will hurt to use on your head, the oiling is not optional. Still, even if they aren't the type of clippers you can neglect for long periods of time, when they are maintained they work very very well. ... show more

I just recently ordered a Wahl Senior from and when I opened the package you could tell it had been resealed with tape. I noticed there were scratches on the clipper body and that the blades were dirty, there were bits of hair and what looked like hot Cheeto dust. I’m so disappointed in the lack of quality and integrity. I didn’t order USED clippers!!! What a waste! ... show more

Greetings I'm no professional, jus' trying to save as I'm unable to support my local barbers at the moment. I had to research what's best for a long lasting product. After reading several reviews & watching a few youtubers I've made my decision. I chose this corded V9000 motor product due to durability. I've only had it for a few days therefore I can't describe much on longevity. But like anything else we own, it's only as good if maintained properly & efficiently. Sure it's a bit heavy, but does the job literally in one pass. Almost went with another version which was light weighted & cordless/ cord feature. At that point I realized not to sacrifice performance for a lithium ion battery cordless/ cord product.
