The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a good quality sun\rain awning for my van but had an event sooner than expected and didn't want to commit to anything expensive so I bought this. Although I will still be buying something in the future better quality, in a pinch this did everything I needed it to do. It was hot and sunny and this thing gave adequate shade. There were also strong steady winds and although the poles are rather thin, they held up surprisingly well. Then the monsoon came with heavy pouring rain for over an hour and everything underneath stayed nice and dry. I wouldn't expect this to last a long time with constant use, but to use from time to time I would say it is a good buy for the price. What are you waiting for... This tarp worked great. I just spent 5 days at Cuyahooga National Park it rained every day and 4 of the nights I stayed there . My tent and I stayed dry it was a great adventure and addition to my outdoor gear. The tarp is made of nice materials and repels the rain. Happy journeys to you IJN

Used this over the weekend as waterproof barrier for my text and it rained cats and dogs. This thing worked really great. No leaks whatsoever. The guy lines are flimsy and small. The stakes are also poor quality but would perform. I used 550 paracord and heavy duty tent stakes. Very happy with tarp worth the money but only 4 stars because of low quality guy lines and stakes. ... show more

We have not used this yet however, the fabric, poles, and lines look like exactly what we'll need for island sun and rain campsite protection. Best of all is the compact and lightweight packaging. All is in a nylon bag about 5" in diameter and less than 18 inches long. The pole sections have M/F ends so they will stack. No clips to fail! Just right for us! ... show more

Not as sturdy as reported. I had it set up to prelude newly planted garden from burning in FL sun. The canvas slopes down on top of the plants, and the anchor pins were not sturdy, they came up just by pulling up on them. I had to buy sturdier anchors from Home Depot.
