AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Don't buy anything from this company. I was willing to overlook a lot but then their customer service harassed me and called me a liar over my honest 3 star review. There's a reason you see the same bike being sold by other brands for under $1000. Save your money or you'll be paying $300 to ship it back, if you're "lucky". Riding at night, sometimes sparks just shoot forward from the front hub while riding, even with only the rear motor running(wtf?). It's an overpriced hunk of junk that will break at the front fork the first time you hit a pot hole. Even mild off roading with this would be an ambulance ride if it didn't manage to start a fire in that time. - Included basket and mirrors are so bad you couldn't even use this thing for deliveries. - Terrible customer service - bike grinds and squeaks even after being serviced. - Lacks the advertised security features. - Doesn't get the advertised range or top speed. - Front motor skips and doesn't sync with the back motor. ... show more
