Even though built it a bit wrong, this bicycle lasted me 4+ years with care and maintenance. The front fender fell off after years of rough terrain.

I am usually not one for writing reviews, but this is one of those exceptions. I purchased two of these, it was super easy to put together, and it came with all the tools needed. I was even charging my battery while putting it together. We couldn't wait to take them out! Super fun, easy to use, the hills were so easy to ride up even going up our street was easy. The battery lasts a long time, as long as not high-speed constantly. They zip along. We get people asking about them all the time. Great job and customer service. Within one month, the brakes failed and the lights no longer work. Super dangerous if I was riding it at night or close to a congested area. Wouldn’t recommend.

I operate this bike in pedal assist mode most of the time. Since I need to exercise to lower my blood pressure and loose some weight, this bike is ideal. It keeps my legs moving at lower impact and I get more speed and distance compared to my conventional mountain bike. I live in a rural area, and don't drive; so the additional range I can get around with this bike is a huge benefit. I'm hoping to get an additional battery pack soon to increase that range.
