Customer Service with the company this chair came from, came through with the solution I requested. I appreciate this. For me , the chair isn't comfortable ( thus 4 stars) but my husband is okay with the chair. The remotes didn't work and we quickly received new remotes. I LOVE the color. The chair is beautiful to look at. Easy peezy to assemble. Both boxes came together in 4 days, wayyy earlier than I was told. (The chair comes in 2 boxes.) The massage and heat are minimal. I purchased this chair for my upcoming surgery (April 7th 2023) I needed to sleep in the recliner. The description said, the chair laid back to sleep. It doesn't. The leg part of the chair is too short for my length. It is also poorly made. I am not satisfied. When we tried to return it, it was impossible. They were not helpful in returning the chair. We haven't had this 24 hours and my husband is in total awe of the comfort, massage choices and mobility to either lift his legs or stand up without my help. Further, even before we received this recliner, received a lovely communication from VUYUYU thanking us for the purchase, as well as, telling us if there is a problem to contact them and they will "...definitely give you a satisfactory solution".
