This review is about the appearance and assembly of the table. I cannot talk to longevity and rustproofing. My previous table was glass and simply exploded spontaneously in the Arizona heat so I did not want a glass table again. It is kept outside in the open and so I also did not want to spend $$hundreds. The big box stores like HD had powder coated tables but they all had umbrella holes of 1.5" which is too small for my large Costco umbrella which needs 1.75". The advantage of this table is that it takes the large umbrella with the hole being up to 1.9". The table top ships in 2 pieces and has to be assembled with the legs. The packaging was excellent with foam protection and the table was unblemished with the powder coating being smooth and good looking. (black in my case but they have dark gray and woodgrain). It comes with all parts and screws well labelled and instructions minimalistic but easy to follow. A nice touch was the inclusion of spare screws and washers. Everything is assembled with the included allen key. It also has levelling feet which is a nice touch. I have assembled many items over the years and did it easily by myself starting with the top upside down on another table. I saw a review where they complained about fitting difficulty and the basic advice I will give is assemble the various parts with screws slightly loose until everything fits and lines up and then tighten them down in a diagonal pattern a little at a time. The only small issue is that the nuts have plastic inserts for torque to prevent loosening over time and they were a little hard to tighten with the allen key alone. They included a wrench to hold both sides. I found it thin and small so I used one of my own. All in all, I was very happy with the purchase and suits my needs. If you are concerned about rust, then cover with an old plastic table cloth or similar and hold with bungee cords for protection or buy a cover. I had occasion to interact with customer support over the color and they were extremely helpful and responsive.

I don't understand all of the reviews detailing that this was difficult to assemble. It was pretty easy to me, straight forward design. I assembled it in about 25 minutes after unboxing it. It did have instructions but they were mostly for screw placement. The table itself is sturdy & has eye appeal. I own a standard size outdoor umbrella & it fit perfectly without any issues. The basket/tray below the table at the base is pretty handy for storing items. Overall for the price, it's a pretty decent table.

I love this table for my covered porch! It’s the right size, cleans up easily with soap and water, and looks great with the chairs I already had. My porch floor is not even, so the height adjusters on each leg really helped ensure the table sits level with no wobble. The paint is even and attractive…no bubbles or runs. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the assembly instructions should have said to leave the top leg screws very loose while installing the bottom ones. I had trouble with the last leg fitting up to the screw holes until I went back and loosened all the screws I had already installed, and then it fit up fine and I could go around and tighten everything afterwards. Other than that (which might just be common sense to some, and not others like me) this was a very good purchase, especially for the affordability factor!

Easy assembly & matches our decking nicely. I purchased this smaller table when our rectangular glass-top shattered after its umbrella tipped over! The painting finish is not the best quality and there were a few chipped spots upon delivery.

this table has obviously been re-engineered, but many components were preserved from the original design. So parts do not line-up properly. The lower fixed shelf was originally a larger, rectangular component. Perhaps it intruded into the space meant for seating. Even the box the table shipped in depicted this old style. The problem is, the 4 legs were specifically engineered for the old version of this table. The would-be assembler must have a fairly high mechanical skill level and patience to finish this project properly. And a Metric Ball End Hex Driver Set, because the hex key provided will not work properly.

First, the table is the exact size and look that I wanted. That is where the positive stops. None of the machined holes and connections lined up. NONE. Two legs bent and can't be fixed without damaging the finish. And the worst part - the two sections of the top do not line up. THere is a concave bow to the left side and a convex bow to the right side. So where they should line up seamlessly in the middle, they two halves create a 1/2 bowed gap making the table top not flat.
