    • Poor build quality, uncomfortable after extended use
This headset has a part rattling around inside it after a few weeks of normal use - without travel. The sound quality is great, and the features are very nice, including the dongle showing mute status on it, but that doesn't make up for the discomfort it causes during extended use. There's no adjustment for head width other than having the ear pads rotate slightly from pressure on your ear - and they're really firm, and require enough pressure on your ear to have the entire headset strech out. It's fine for casual use, but if you're on call and meetings all day it gets really painful - in-ear buds even are nicer for prolonged use, which is extremely disappointing at this price point.     • Good quality product, very poor packaging
I've used this same headset in my prior job and loved it! So when this package arrived, I was surprised to see the headset box jammed into a rather flat, recycled FexEx box turned inside out (product came via UPS). Then, the product was pretty "squished" into the original product box. The plastic ear covers are a little warped, but the product still gives out great sound. ... show more

    • Uncomfortable, and there is static electricity
I bought this because we use the one ear Plantronics Voyager Legend and have never had any issues with it, and also because we wanted a two-ear headset for better comfort/focus. At first it was what we wanted, since we were able to link up to both the computer and the desk phone, but we quickly discovered the problems. Most importantly, it is not comfortable. The headphone pads don’t wrap around your ear, so there’s always the pressure of the headphones pushing down on your ear. At first its not so bad, but once you wear it for a few hours it feels very uncomfortable, making it necessary to take it off. Also, after wearing it for a while, you can feel static electricity pricking the flesh of your ear. It feels like someone is tickling your ear with fine needles pricking into your flesh. Hardly the best feeling. Not sure if this was a defect in the one I received or a problem with this particular model, but I’ve requested a return. ... show more

The headset itself is okay but throughout all product images on this listing is shows a charging stand which is not included

    • No cradle but great comfy quality
Did not come with a charging cradle as pictured. The sound is fantastic and they are very comfortable. Easy plug amd play setup. Not sure about battery life yet but i did run the battery down watching a couple of episodes of a show on my computer.

My husband and I did away with our house phone so I ordered one of these to use with my cellphone. It works very nicely with it and it isn’t easy to lose like my Bluetooth.

The quality of sound is good. But as the mic is free and it does not doc into a groove or so it does a vibrating noise in the ears while walking like a tuning fork but in general it is good

I’ve used these for more than a couple months and really like the quality. The charge lasts more than my work day, and I can plug in while wearing them if needed.
