I purchased this couch because I needed something cheap to replace my old beat-up couch, but didn't want something too expensive because dogs and kids. This is only temporary but if I needed it to be permanent, I would be okay with that. Delivery: It was delivered via FedEx. 2/3 boxes came the day before FedEx tracking said it would. The 3rd box was delivered on the day it said. (Amazons dates were wrong). All packages were intact with no damages. Assembly: Each section were in their own box. Packed very tightly. Cushions were vacuumed sealed. It said they need 72 to fluff. It took me and my son 1 hour to assemble and most of that was unboxing the couch. All hardware was there and it was very simple to install with very little steps compared to other things I have put together. Quality: We did cheat and tried out the couch before the 72 hours and it was VERY comfortable. The only thing I would change is the height (very low to the ground). I will be getting taller legs for it. I also would like it more if the back went up a tad bit higher. My husband fell asleep on it as soon as he sat down which is shocking cause he never slept on our old couch. The fabric is very soft and seems like it would be easy to clean. The color is a grey blue, but actually really pretty. Overall, it's a great value for the price and would recommend it. ... show more

The sofa arrived in five large boxes. Assembly was pretty straightforward and took a couple hours. The cushions were vacuum sealed but puffed up perfectly after a day or two. The seats are firm but comfortable. I’m 5’5 and I can sit cross-cross (a must for me- lol). The “velvet” fabric is very soft and the color is really deep and vibrant. I looked at SO MANY sofas because there’s a lot of garbage at this price point, but this was a a quality piece for someone on a tight budget. ... show more

I bought this couch back in December. The color and size caught my eye. I didn’t do enough research on the depth of the seats. Best way I can describe this couch is, it’s basically a waiting room couch. A model home couch or a couch in a living room no one uses but it looks nice. The cushions aren’t wide/deep enough to sit back and get comfortable. I personally like to only watch tv in the living room on a plush couch but this one is very stiff and hard, and shallow seating. There’s also no room to lay on pillows because you’ll end up on the floor. After about 1-2 months, you could tell the only place I sat in, because the cushions separated, ALOT. I have to use a blanket to fill the gap, or else your butt on wood. The material is not ideal for hot summers in Arizona. The process to build this thing was comical. It’s definitely not a couch to cuddle on or even lay near another person. BUT, the color is beautiful, and super easy to clean. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Very easy to assemble !! I got the dark blue and i received 2 boxes earlier than expected and the other 3 the original day it said it would be delivered. We put this together in an hr. Nice height. I’m 5’9 and it’s perfect for me. It’s not toooo soft. More firm but not hard. I can arrange it anyway I like. It locks together. This couch worked perfectly for our lil studio. It’s a great size, without being too large. It delivered very fast within maybe a few days. Everything was packaged very neat, with all the parts for each section. The instructions were a little confusing, but using the photos my boyfriend and I put it together within maybe 30 minutes. Our pieces didn’t have letters to match, but if you keep our pieces organized it pretty simple. It’s color is beautiful, materials very soft. Another thing was the Velcro was hard to stretch over the back of the chairs, and some of the bolts poked through to the other side. But we were able to cover them up.
