The couch is nice, big and cozy. The vevelt feels really nice and the quality of the couch is decent for the money. The seat cushions are firm like stated in the product pictures but I don't mind it. The back cushions are really fluffy and nice. There aren't instructions for assembly so your first 20 mins with the couch is mainly spent figuring out what to do. Once you have it figured out, assembly isn't bad. The screws that the couch comes with are too long and stick out on the side. Only bummer I have ... show more

I was honestly impressed to get a couch in a single box, but now I understand why. The bottom of the couch has no reinforcements and is basically hollow, the backrest offers no support, and the couch is shallow enough where sitting is uncomfortable. The armrests also zip-attach, but do not stick on the velcro side. On the bright side, assembly was easy enough. You get what you pay for, I guess. Considering this is day 1 with the couch, I'm scared to see if it holds up for even a few months. EDIT: Haven't heard back from the company after trying to contact them multiple ways. Their phone number listed on their website also isn't a registered number. What a scam. ... show more

We love this couch. It is a bit small but that's ok because that's part of why we picked it. We have a small space. The cushions are a bit firm at first but soften with use and have great support. We have had it 3 months now and it still looks brand new and is pretty sturdy for the price
