While i was assembling this, i noticed that one part of my last armless chair was missing and one of the screws in the package was broken. I messaged the seller on a Saturday night around 9pm and then noticed, on Sunday night, that they had replied to me within 2 hours. After confirming the missing parts, they sent me an entire new box, which arrived within a couple days. The instructions were very easy to follow--disclaimer, i'm very mechanically inclined--went together quickly and ended up being very durable and comfortable. As you see in some of the reviews, they are a bit shorter than you might expect but i'm 6' 2" and feel that they are not at all difficult to get into and out of. Also, they fit perfectly on our deck. Overall, it was a very good experience (with customer service) and both my wife and i are very pleased with how they turned out. Last but not least, they come at a very good price. ... show more

This is a great couch! It looks great and is very easy to assemble. I read all the reviews and I knew it would take time to deliver and come in three shipments, which it did. It is a little small. It’s fine for company and I’m sure it will last a long time, but for me, i prefer a higher back and larger sitting area to sprawl out a bit. The cushions get wet with the morning dew but I lay them in the sun for a half hour and they dry quickly. If it was easy, I would return it for a larger, deep seating set with high backs. But it’s a great set for the money. And it looks great too! ... show more

Overall we are really really happy with this set. For the price, it's perfect for our needs. The kids love that you can move all the pieces around and make a bed-type setup. Very comfy and inviting. We are small people so the fit is good for us, but I would think for taller folks it might be smaller than expected. However, it fit perfectly on our 12x12 deck with plenty of room to spare. We've already hosted some friends outdoors and the seating options were perfect. As other reviewers have said, it comes in 3 boxes. We originally only received 2 and only had 1 tracking number. I contacted the seller who responded right away and explained that amazon only allows 1 tacking number and provided tracking info for box 3 that came a few days later. 1 piece in the set was damaged and again, the seller was very quick to respond. We provided pictures and they replaced it, though it did take about 10 business days to receive it. The pictures in the listing are a little misleading with the number of accent pillows. The set comes with 2, small but plump, bright red, accent pillows which I immediately sewed new covers for to match our existing color scheme. I'm sure the description states the number of pillows included but just FYI the picture is misleading. Overall, we are very happy. We've only had the set a few weeks and already gotten a lot of use out it. Not sure how sturdy it will be in long run but considering the price, definitely worth it for us. ... show more

I give it three stars because of its size. I was looking for something cheap and convenient but comfortable. It was cheap and convenient but it’s not that comfortable. It says it’s 25 inches tall but it’s actually 24 inches tall. I am 5 foot four and it feels like it’s for little kids but I modified my patio furniture with pillows with headrest so I can relax my head. So if you are shorter than 5 foot four and it will definitely be very comfortable for you. Everything stuck together with Velcro so you could add more Velcro so they could stick real good. It came with the cheap Velcro with Harley sticks so I recommend to buy some Velcro strips. I had it already for a few months so far so good everything still in place. So if you are taller than 5 foot four than this might not be something for you. Overall it’s convenient it’s cheap but yeah depends on your height if you’re going to be comfortable. ... show more

After looking at many sets from different places we ordered this set for under a gazebo and although there was a few miscommunications with the number of boxes it turned out to be a perfect set. One box came one day and two boxes came the next day took me and my son about 2 to 3 hours to put it all together. Two pieces came in a box each with the hardware for each chair and detailed instructions. It even comes with the locking clips that you put on the bottom to connect them so they stay in place which is another plus. They’re nice and sturdy comfortable and a great addition to our little oasis. I look forward to spending a lot of time outdoors on our new patio set with our family and friends. Note:they are not child size in face regular size just sit low to the ground which makes it easy for our toddlers to sit and lay comfortably. Great product for an amazing price!! I got this set this past summer. Since my family has been spending more time at home (social distancing), we are trying to make our house feel as cosy as possible. So, this set it perfect for our deck. It replaced an older picnic style table. Our deck feels a lot bigger now. This table set design is so smart, that it doesn't take a not of space and it's so comfortable. We were able to fit a couch set on the deck as well, and it still feels more spacious than before. Also, it is so easy to clean. I had to scrub my old picnic table and wash it. Annoying! Love to be able to easily clean my new set! Would buy it again. Just hope it lasts. ... show more
