I got the cyan/teal color chair, and while I'm still breaking it in, I already love it! It was relatively easy to assemble, although I had to wait a few days before I could. My box was missing the screw package entirely. The customer service team was very quick to respond given that they're in China. They had me send in pics of all the parts I did have, and they were quick to FedEx me the replacement screw package. I received it in 3 days! They were super nice and easy to deal with. The chair is definitely on the bigger side. I'm 5'8" and 140 lbs, and I can see how it would fit a much bigger person. The seat is quite firm, and needs some breaking in. When reading through the instructions during assembly, there were a few details that you have to figure out for yourself, such as the orientation of a couple pieces. Instructions easy to read. Only issue for assemble was knowing the direction of black bar that attached to back of upper support. Once figured that out assembly was done in 15 mins. Love how simple it is to lean back in b4 locking in place. The foot support is just another bonus under the desk. This chair was perfect height under desk as some can be too high. This chair is awesome. Working from home, I needed a chair for support and comfort, and this chair is exactly what I need . First of all ,The packaging was excellent. The materials look very high quality. The installation instructions are easy to follow. The process was quick and easy. It looks great ! The pillow can be moved to several locations to perfectly support your body. It's super easy to pull out to use the footrest and it doesn't bother me at all when it's folded under the chair. Chair's wheel base has cracked after 6 months making the chair unstable and unusable, after a quick email to the seller they helped me with a link to a replacement wheel base and a refund so I could order it. Very nice very helpful customer service and a really comfortable chair. If you have a part that breaks I very much recommend just reaching out to them for a replacement. ... show more
