Scooter got to stated speed on first ride, after that it never topped 15 mph in sport mode. Range never got to stated miles. Tried 3 apps on android an iPhone could not get Bluetooth to find scooter on any of them. Contacted customer service, never emailed me back. Solid, will built scooter though.

I love this scooter. Buy it to go around my area for groceries during my pregnancy because I can’t walk much with big belly. It has bright head light for night, bell for notification, strong brake, convenient hand speed control that accelerates smoothly for the ride. The whole body of the scooter is very steady makes me feel safe when riding it. Battery is good and easy charging. The weight is quite heavy but reasonable for an electric one. 4 out of 5 It is pretty good for it discount prices. The weight of the scooter is a bit on the medium to heavy weight. It takes couple hours to fully charged the battery so that is not something to worry about. Thanks to the size it is portable whether it is inside the passenger seats or the trunk. The scooter does look durable enough. Although, I probably should have gotten the one with suspension, as the transfer of virbration back up my legs sure tired me out. Also, the speed is good, it just not meant for muddy dirt road lol. ... show more

The price for this scooter is perfect. Assembled it in 5 minutes. Noticed it had a harsh acceleration and strong brakes so I downloaded their app and I was able to customize the acceleration and braking of the scooter to my liking and now it feels even better than fresh out of the box. Been using it in Brooklyn 6 miles a day to get to the bus stop that I need to use for my job. Still has half the battery once I’m done using it for the day. Doesn’t seem to slow down while riding uphill and the suspension system really does a good job whenever I go over decently sized bumps and cracks. They claim it can go up to 19mph but realistically I get 17mph and only get to 19mph whenever I ride downhill but still decent speed for what it is. The only con I can find so far is that the deck is small and it takes a while to get used to ... show more
