Awesome scooter and the seat is very comfortable. Great 500W motor performance and very powerful, I was surprised by how smooth and stable the ride was. The scooter has a sleek modern design and folds up easily for storage. Perfect for commuting or just cruising around town. I hit 22 MPH quickly and the battery lasts longer than expected. I can usually get around 18 miles on a full charge. Charging time is about 6 hours from empty to full so I charge it overnight with no problem

Did not have the front tire on when directions state it should, and did not mention in the directions how to attach it to the scooter. Otherwise a very nice scooter that does what the description says.

I purchased the VOLPAM Electric Scooter (500W, 22 MPH, 27-mile range, with seat and basket), and overall, I love it. The motor is powerful, the speed is impressive, and the long battery life makes it perfect for both fun rides and practical commuting. The 14" tires handle bumps and uneven roads really well, and having the seat and basket makes it extra convenient. The app control is a nice touch, and setup was quick and easy. It feels sturdy and safe, and I get a lot of compliments whenever I ride it. The only small downsides are that it’s a bit heavy and the handlebars fold at an angle instead of straight down, which can make storing or carrying it slightly awkward. But for the performance and quality, it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend if you want a reliable, fun, and fast scooter with excellent range.

The media could not be loaded. Do not waste your money, I was super excited to get the scooter and when it arrived I took it out of the box to start putting it together. First off, the instructions were absolutely no help, they only tell you how to put the handle bars on and how to put the basket on, nothing else, definitely needed more instructions for things like the front tire, the seat, and other miscellaneous parts. While installing the seat I realized the slot where you slide the seat cushion in was broken on the bottom so the seat never stayed secure. Once I finally got everything put together, the front tire had no air, so I used the pump they provided and pumped the air for around 30 minutes and it never held air, I even took it to a local gas station and tried to use the air pump they provide, nothing would keep the tire inflated, come to find out the tire is faulty and doesn’t hold air at all, it’s also missing the cap. I’ve never been this frustrated in my life with a product from Amazon until now, hopefully I can return and get a refund, DO NOT BUY THIS, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

Better than all scooters I ever had!! Installation was easy and quick! The quality is amazing and the look is even better! It is very stable and smooth on the road! I love how comfortable the seat is and the basket provided in the back!! The battery charges quickly and it lasts long. The one thing I loved the most is the speed, this one actually accelerates faster than all scooters I purchased before and it actually gets to the maximum speed if you keep accelerating. You don’t have to worry about security as you can lock it in the app or you can get a locking chain as their bare plenty of places to hang it to.

One of my easiest and economical mode of transport to nearby stores.runs smoth and fast compared to rental scooter. It has 3 function modes and sports mode is my personal favorite.
