In love with this scooter. I ordered to ride together with my husband and we have a lot of fun! It’s very fast, 19 mph even that his weight it’s 260 pounds. The battery last long and charge fast. This scooter is perfect for short errands. It reaches around 19 mph and the walking mode is great when you need to go slower. The Smart Life app is easy to use for locking, battery status, and diagnostics. It folds up quickly, has solid battery life for daily use, and the lights make night rides safer. I bought two. One is fine. The other the front tire and the handle bars are not aligned so you have to turn the handles to the right to have the wheel straight. This caused me to fall and seriously injured my leg. I’m within the return window but they won’t provide me a box and nobody has a box big enough for this shipment. Now if I sue and show a lawyer my leg and the alignment of this scooter, maybe I can get some help.

This scooter is awesome! It rides great. The mileage I tracked when fully charged was9-10 miles. Thats not that bad as I can take scooter to a destination that has power for me to charge and ride back. It rides very nicely. I like the headlights, turning signals and a monster horn! Horn is fine jk. I love The LCD display showing battery and MPH. I had it up to 22 mph. Compared to one of those tiny cars. Only problem is there are people walking down the sidewalks that have there headphones in listening to music with no idea of my presence even beeping. I think I will place a small but loud enough speaker to tie onto bottom or side or even the basket. Then have some sports car exhaust sounds to play! The only thing I would change is a more comfortable padding on the seat. The seat shock absorber is awesome. Just that on somewhat long distances my butt is killing me. Not literally of course. I mean a seat can't literally kill you. LOL Anyone reading review and want a scooter you just landed on the right page. :)

As someone who’s new to electric scooters, I was a bit hesitant at first, but this scooter has exceeded my expectations. The assembly was a breeze. It arrived quickly and was packed really well—everything was in perfect condition. The tools were all included, and it only took about 10-15 minutes to get it up and running. Easy! When it comes to performance, this scooter definitely delivers. The 500W motor is plenty powerful for my needs, and I was surprised by how smooth and stable the ride is. The max speed of 22 MPH picks up speed quickly and feels pretty fast when you’re on a scooter, but I’ve found it to be more than enough for city commuting and errands. I can usually get around 17-20 miles on a full charge, which is more than enough for my daily routine. Charging time is quite long—about 5-6 hours from empty to full—so charge it overnight.
