Great anti inflammatory & Pain Reliever!

Perfect value for your money. I will admit, the first few times I tried to take 2 with water, one of the caps kept coming up. I tried just 1 per dose for the next 2 days, then was able to swallow 2 without issues. I purposely wanted to try this at a dose less than 1,000 mg, because most natural supplements don't require much, and I didn't want to provoke un-necessary side effects. These work perfectly for me just the way they are. It provides relief with one capsule. If my pain, swelling is more, then I go ahead and take the 2 caps. I notice relief within 20 mins, helps increase my range of motion as well. I will continue purchasing this precise one. No issues with side effects.

Okay item. Didn't notice much difference from Tylenol as far as pain control. But also, Didn't take for long time, although it was suggested to take daily. So, don't judge from my usage.

Pain Relief!!!

I was very skeptical I suffer both Psoriatic Arthritis and Spinal Stenosis. I also have DJD, and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. I don’t take narcotics. Tylenol causes liver damage with long term use and my use of NSAIDS has caused stomach damage. None of those medications worked well anyway. I bought the Willow Bark Capsules thinking it would be a waste of money but they were pretty inexpensive so I figured I might as well give it a try. Well This stuff actually does work. I guess the Ancient Native People all over the world who use the Bark of whichever Willow Tree was native to their land really knew what they were doing! Now I’m not saying you’re gonna get the same relief as you would from Morphine or Novacaine, but imagine a combination of Motrin and Tylenol or Aleeve all in 1 capsule WITHOUT the same side effects as the synthetic aspirin we take nowadays.
