Perfect value for your money. I will admit, the first few times I tried to take 2 with water, one of the caps kept coming up. I tried just 1 per dose for the next 2 days, then was able to swallow 2 without issues. I purposely wanted to try this at a dose less than 1,000 mg, because most natural supplements don't require much, and I didn't want to provoke un-necessary side effects. These work perfectly for me just the way they are. It provides relief with one capsule. If my pain, swelling is more, then I go ahead and take the 2 caps.
