I am extremely pleased with it; it’s not too heavy, I can load and unload from my vehicle within a lot of effort. It folds down really easy with a single lever; others I spoke with that have scooters complained about how hard theirs was, so happy this is simple. When riding the thumb lever adjusts the speed smoothly and it goes pretty fast with me on it, and it breaks softly for me.     • Stopped working in 11 months. Ghosted by customer support.
This was a great scooter initially. The ride was smooth and it wasn’t especially fast for my son. He saved his money and purchased this himself last January. He is now 10yrs old. It was light weight enough for a 9yr old to maneuver and easy to use. Having purchased the item himself he took care of his scooter. Only riding it around our neighborhood and always storing it properly. I admit I needed to use it one to go a mile down the road to pick up my car and as an adult I could not recommend it for an everyday commuter option. The battery life doesn’t hold charge for long especially long distances and again isn’t very fast. Early December it would power on after a charge but not move when the throttle was pressed. All connections are intact and the error message it provides seems to be an issue with the throttle. I have emailed customer support for Volcam three different times with no response. Per the website that is how to reach customer support. I do not support and can’t recommend a product that the manufacturer doesn’t stand by. Clearly they do not care that it’s cheap and breaks prior to the “manufacturer warranty.” Or they will ghost you until it lapses. Be warned! ... show more

I’ve had this scootet for a week now, and I’ve were given to say, it’s made my every day commutes lots more enjoyable. This scooter simply speeds matters up with a 350W motor that lets you zip via the streets at 19 mph. It's quite cool having 3 speed settings; I keep on with the slow mode, you know orlando streets! The best part? Those 8.5-inch honeycomb tires. Omg! Zero care wanted, no worry of flat tires—just smooth riding. And it’s no longer pretty much pace and comfort; safety is a large deal too. The dual braking gadget gives me an amazing sense of safety, especially while traffic gets unpredictable. What I clearly love is the way it folds up in only seconds. I can carry it into the office or park in my trunk. It’s lightweight but feels sturdy, that is a outstanding stability for something you ride around often. The LED screen is top notch clear for retaining a watch on your speed and battery, and the headlights and rear lights are lifesavers for the ones early morning or past due nighttime rides. All in all, if you're searching out something to take the car out of your short commutes or just want to have fun to get round, this one is a stable choice.
