    • Miles range is incorrect. Feel ripped off
Miles are wrong on this scooter ! It is not 23 mile range like advertised. I got the is scooter for the extra miles because my other scooter is only 9-11 mile range . got this a little over a month ago and have rode it down the street to the liquor store twice so I never thought much of the battery. When I had to to leave car at the mechanics today and had a DMV appointment to go to I figured I’d ride the scooter to the dmv. I rode to my home from the mechanics (4 miles). And to the dmv (6 miles) and it is dead just before I got to the DMV. That’s ridiculous. Should be a lower price point for it being this range. I feel like I got ripped off. Also even after tightening all possible screws the screw came loose from the kickstand and was dangling so I had to take it off. I thought this scooter was nice for the few times I rode it until these issues came about. ... show more

    • The scooter is fast and stays charged for a long period of time.
This is my second scooter I've ordered and I really like this one it comes with a lot of features and a lot of options that the older scooters didn't have like an app where I can adjust the speed limiter and cruise control settings. It's the perfect size for me I weigh 200 and I'm 6 ft. The handlebars could be a little bit taller but other than that I really like the power that it has and it goes 19 miles an hour which is really fast. The battery also lasts a long time and it charges pretty quick overall I'm really happy with this scooter so far. ... show more

    • Excellent Scooter but not for anything but smooth pavement and 200+lbs
After doing a large amount of research on wattage, brands, and designs I decided to bite the bullet and go with the SP06 version of the Volpam Scooter. Before continuing, my application for this scooter was to take it on our RV camping adventures where the campgrounds could range from smooth paved roads to dirt/gravel trails having a lot of debris or stones so suspension and ride quality was what I am looking for. The SP06 is a no frills entry level 350w scooter that is perfect for the person on a budget. Solid no flat tires are a plus, however the claims of the honeycomb creating a smoother ride are not valid. I am a 200lb rider, my first impression on regular pavement was not enjoyable and you can feel every imperfection and pebble on the road. The vibrations through the scooter themselves, although uncomfortable due to the lack of any suspension, also lead me to believe the reliability could be affected over time due to the shaking. From a power perspective, on a flat grade I was very surprised at how quickly this would get me up to speed even at the 200lb upper limit of the vehicle, however once I approached even the slighted grade (maybe 5%) the power would max out and I would slowly come to a halt. For a lighter person, this may be enough but as most campgrounds have many hills this simply would not be suitable for my application. Overall setup of the scooter was very easy, the packaging seemed very robust and solid which is a plus to protect the scooter during shipping. All items were included and the overall quality was better than expected for the price point. Ultimately as this was not the option for me, I choose to return the unit and opt for the SP01 version (500w, dual suspension). At the time of this review I have received and can confirm the ride quality and hill climbing ability are more than suitable for our camping adventures and I will be writing a review for that model in the coming weeks after our first trip. ... show more

I recently purchased this scooter after riding a similar scooter on vacation. I love it! This scooter goes 19 MPH, which is faster than the majority of scooters out there! Most top out at 15 MPH. Also, the battery seems to live up to the bill! I live in a small town, so I love to ride this scooter to the cafe for breakfast, or to the grocery store! The app is also great because you can adjust top speeds, track mileage, track the device, and lock the scooter! I would highly recommend this scooter to anyone, especially for the price! ... show more

I don’t usually write reviews but I do not want any parent or adult to purchase this item and assuming it’s great quality. Scooter worked for 3 months, never had any moisture or ran hard. I get this E7 on the display and I contacted the manufacturer. The company never called or responded to my emails.
