I bought this electric scooter for my husband, and he has been having so much fun with it. He says the ride is incredibly smooth thanks to the dual suspension, even on roads that aren’t perfectly even. The battery life has been impressive, and he can ride for quite a while before needing to recharge. He also feels very safe using it because the brakes respond quickly and the scooter feels sturdy and well-built. I bought this scooter for my son in March 2026, and for the first few weeks it was fantastic. It was easy to assemble, had decent speed, and my son absolutely loved riding it around the neighborhood. After only about 6 weeks of normal use, the scooter began displaying an E2 error code and became completely unusable. I'm fairly technical and spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting the issue. I checked wiring connections, researched the error online, and even replaced parts that others suggested might be causing the problem like the throttle control. Nothing fixed it. At this point, I believe the problem is related to the powered hub motor/front wheel or its electronics. To be clear, this scooter was not abused. No crashes, no water exposure, and no modifications. My son treated it responsibly, which makes the early failure especially disappointing. We're pretty strict and checked out the scooter each time he got home. With a neighborhood full of Karens and doorbell cams, we always warned him to take it easy. If this scooter had continued performing the way it did during those first few weeks, I would have gladly given it 5 stars. But a product in this price range should last much longer than three weeks. I'm currently reaching out to VOLPAM support and will gladly update this review if they stand behind their product and help resolve the issue. **Update** Volpam has offered a replacement motor/wheel. Given the early failure of the scooter, they're asking to continue to diagnose the problem. If that doesn't work, then what? Continue to throw more parts at it and wait longer for an inoperable scooter? I'm already out of pocket for a throttle control that wasn't the culprit. ***Update 2*** They continue to refuse to support their product.

this is my second scooter. compared with other, I love this one so much better. this scooter is sturdy and well-designed, with smooth wheels that glide effortlessly. it is very ease of use, even with beginner. I comfortable ride even on bumpy roads every weekdays when I ferry my son to and from school . On the handle of the scooter has light .it’s safe to use in the dark. Besides that , the Battery also very durable. I have been using for 2 weeks and only use 1/3 power.

I bought the Volpam SP08 after seeing the specs — 10''/11'' tires, dual suspensions, 500W/800W motor options, 19–22 mph top speed, and up to 60 miles of range — and honestly, it performs even better than advertised. The build quality is solid. The frame feels sturdy, the deck is wide, and the dual suspension makes a huge difference on bumps and cracks. It rides smoother than most scooters in this price range. The motor is surprisingly powerful. The description says 22 mph max, but I personally hit 30 mph, which shocked me. Acceleration is quick, and it holds speed really well on flat ground. The dual braking system (electronic + disc) also works great — strong stopping power without feeling unsafe. The display is bright and easy to read, and switching between modes is simple. Battery life has been great so far, and the scooter feels reliable for daily rides. I paid $265.97, and after tax the total was $283.26 — and for the performance you get, it’s absolutely worth it. This scooter feels like something that should cost way more. Overall, the Volpam SP08 is fast, smooth, comfortable, and packed with features. If you want a powerful electric scooter without spending a ton, this one is definitely worth it.

It's a great scooter！Very powerful and easy to use. The one center button does everything from turning it on, change mode and turn the head light on and off. It gets up to the max speed pretty quick. I even ride the scooter to pick up my packages from the gate now. The range is quite good too. I am relatively heavy and I still manage 1 charge per week for mild use. It even got a suspension too but It won't work for off roading. I would recommend just keep using sport mode because it's fun！

Received this yesterday. Was very easy to assemble, only took about 5 minutes. Only took around 1.5 hours for the initial charge instead of the 5 hours the manual says. The app was straightforward and easy to setup and pair to scooter. I’m 5’11” and 235 and I got this thing up to 20mph consistently. I went 5 miles on the first ride and the battery bar never moved. Only giving 4 stars because the suspension could be a bit better. You feel every little bump in the road. I think a pneumatic tire would help a ton but overall it’s comfortable and easy to ride. The headlight and tail light are pretty bright for night riding. It is a little sluggish up hill but it gets up them just fine. Definitely worth the money and I would definitely buy again.
