I purchased this scooter in May 2025 and have been using it regularly to get to and from work. After a year of use, I can confidently say this has been one of my favorite purchases. It has been reliable, comfortable, and has performed exactly as I hoped it would. One of the biggest things that stands out to me is the traction. The scooter grips the road extremely well, and I always feel stable and in control while riding. Whether I'm riding on smooth pavement or slightly rougher surfaces, it handles confidently and gives me peace of mind during my commute. The suspension does a great job absorbing bumps, making longer rides much more comfortable. The motor provides plenty of power for everyday riding, and the braking system feels responsive and dependable when I need to stop quickly. The battery life has been excellent for my commuting needs, and the overall build quality feels solid and durable. Even after regular use, I haven't experienced any significant issues. Honestly, I've tried to think of something to complain about, but I really can't find any major negatives. For my daily commute and general transportation, this scooter has exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a dependable electric scooter with great traction, comfort, and performance, I would definitely recommend this one.

After researching numerous electric scooters, I decided to purchase this model, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. It has quickly become my preferred mode of transportation for getting around town. One of the standout features is the dual suspension setup. The difference in ride quality compared to basic scooters is remarkable. Cracks in the pavement, small potholes, and uneven roads are handled much more comfortably, reducing fatigue during longer rides. The motor delivers strong and consistent power. I have been waiting it for days. Finally got it today and it is amazing. No complex instructions just plug in and play. Set it up in seconds and it runs perfectly! This is all I need for my daily commute. Arrives with full charge and I just use it right the way! this is my second scooter. compared with other, I love this one so much better. this scooter is sturdy and well-designed, with smooth wheels that glide effortlessly. it is very ease of use, even with beginner. I comfortable ride even on bumpy roads every weekdays when I ferry my son to and from school . On the handle of the scooter has light .it’s safe to use in the dark. Besides that , the Battery also very durable. I have been using for 2 weeks and only use 1/3 power.

Would give no starts if it was an option. Very disappointed with this scooter. We received it on May 11, 2026, and it has only been ridden a handful of times, yet it’s already having serious safety and performance issues. The biggest problem is the handlebars. The 4 bolts that are supposed to hold the handlebars in place do not tighten at all and simply fall out. This is extremely unsafe because it affects the steering mechanism of the scooter. A scooter should never have loose handlebars after only a few uses. The accelerator is also malfunctioning now. When you press the throttle, the scooter will not move unless you first push it forward with your foot. It did not work this way when we first got it, so something has clearly failed already. For almost $289, I expected a much safer and more reliable product. The scooter hasn’t even lasted a month with very light use. I hope the seller/manufacturer will make this right, but based on my experience I cannot recommend this scooter.

My 14 year old son loves it. It’s came fully charged and no assembly required. it was ready to go. Very durable and easy to fold away. The speed was just right. Not too slow or fast. The Bluetooth will not connect. The app was not helpful. I could not find a customer service number. My brother had us download another app that his son had use for his scooter and it worked.
