Works perfectly. Easy to use. There one big problem with the unit. Didn’t find it out till after I purchased it and the home health came to the house. There is no emergency lowering system on the lift in the event of failure of the electrical system. That is why I only gave it two stars. Hope the manufacturer is working on this for future units.

My husband has ALS and can't use his legs at all. This is by far the most useful thing we have purchased with the exception of his wheelchair. It is easy to use, sturdy and goes into our small bathroom and keeps a charge a long time. I am short and old and have no problem moving him around. Absolutely great product. We have a hoyer lift that we never use since we got this. This is so much better. The only thing that would make the purchase better is if given the choice of having it come with the sling with the hole in the middle or the one without. Otherwise you must buy it separately for bathroom use.

I was leary of buying this but after buying it and using it i love it. It works great for my loved one to get in and out of the car. I did have a couple of minor problems but the product support was awesome and fixef my problem in a timely manner. Woulf definitely recommend this product

i originally gave this 5 star because it was exactly what i needed for my dad's care, i even got the commode seat separately from their website. The problem is that the stupid thing stopped working after a month and a half of light use. My dad was hospitalized for most of that 1.5 months, so i only really used it like 10-15 times and now the lift wont charge.

This is so nice! We put it together fairly quickly. It comes with an instruction book that has color photos and easy to understand. The chair has padding in all the right places. It's got the big easy button in front to raise and lower the seat. The wheels roll good and the front two will lock when you push the lever down with your foot (caregiver). It's wide enough for the patient and narrow enough to get through regular size house doorways. I am so happy we got this. No more pulling on my mom and hurting her and us. Now she can have a better quality life and so can we. She has her freedom back. She can ride in the car. No more calling a transport service to take her to the doctor. We can do it. She can go to church again!

I have a 2022 Rav 4 Hybrid SUV. The lift doesn’t accommodate the height of the passenger seat. Does not work for the backseat either. It might work for well for others with a different vehicle but for us, it’s proven worthless for trips to dialysis.
