How are VKTRY Insoles customized for each athlete? VKTRY Insoles are designed to be highly personalized based on age, body weight, and sport. Gold VKs come in 5 levels of flexibility because a bigger athlete needs more spring action than a smaller athlete 2. Do I need to remove the insoles that came with my shoes? Yes, to have the space needed for the VKs and your feet to fit comfortably inside your shoes, we recommend you remove the factory insoles from the shoes. 3. Is there a break-in period to adjust to the insoles? Yes, 3 - 5 light 30-minute training sessions on or off the court are recommended until there's no discomfort and you get used to the insoles. See our insert in the box for full break-in instructions 4. If I am on the border of a weight level, should I go up or down? We usually recommend going down. Weight level is a big factor in determining baseplate flexibility. Highly recommend these inserts. My son had inflamed growth plates in his heel and these provided support, structure and cushion without bulk. We tried numerous inserts and these are the only ones that were comfortable. He is in his cleats 4-5 days a week and the inflammation hasn’t reoccurred. Bought these for my 14 year old son who injured his foot at the beginning of football season (he over extended all the tendons in the bottom of his foot! These insoles worn in his tennis shoes and football cleats got him back on the field after only missing one game. The trainer said his injury would likely be season ending. These helped with the pain in his foot tremendously! The arch support and thickness was so comfortable for him! He wears them all the time! GREAT quality insoles for athletes! Update: company was very responsive and made it right. Thank you! Son has only had these for 2 months. The glue that kept the cushion down started peeling off after first couple of uses. At 2 months not able to wear anymore. For the cost not worth the money.

The are comfortable but super thick. They will make your cleats feel a lot tighter. Mine also make my cleats squeak and it’s little annoying but I manage; there support is really good my foot is comfortable and doesn’t really get hot anymore which is really nice but I don’t really feel the claimed “difference” that they claim. I will start by saying I am in my thirties so recovery and how I feel during workouts is more important to me than the metrics, but WOW with these insoles I get both! This is my SECOND PAIR which I purchased for an additional training shoe. I have upped my activity level this year increasing my running mileage and HIIT workouts. I am convinced that these have helped me train more effectively leading to improved performance. How I feel wearing these: -springy, light on my feet, more power on rower, softer landings on jump squats/box jumps -no pain post workout, able to do consecutive days running at similar intensity The results (over the last few months since getting first pair): -shaved over 3min 30sec off 5k time within 5months -shaved 1sec off 500m row time -improved treadmill sprint intervals from 10mph to 10.7mph The fit: Hoka Bondi: insoles fit true to size (yellow option) Brooks Adrenaline: insoles fit true to size (yellow option) ON Cloud 5: insoles fit one size up i bought size 10 for size 9 shoe (black option)…these shoes fit me tightly but they are a slip on Try these, they will not disappoint and you will soon want them for every shoe you are active in. I am going 2-stars here, this is why - For the money I don't believe there is great value here. I put these in my golf shoes a few weeks ago and have walked over six miles per 18 hole round. During and after my round I honestly can say, I have had more comfortable and less achy feet from other inserts. I thought I would give these a try and I believe they are over-hyped.
