It’s cute but has some major issues... I can’t get the wings to stand up like they’re supposed to because they’re packaged smashed against the purse. Also the gold plate on the front came already scuffed/warped, and the zipper is kind of useless because when zipped shut there’s still room on both sides of it for things to fall out if the purse gets flipped upside down

It's unfortunate to have to give this bag such a bad review but, in this case, it's fully deserved. My wife loves sailor moon and when she saw this purse, she had to have it. I ordered it with my prime and it arrived in a few days. Right off she was disappointed with the quality, but had no alternate purse to store her stuff so she said she'd use it anyway, at least until it fell apart. Well, this bag didn't make it two weeks before the strip holding the back straps fell apart. We were in a hurry that day so she had to carry it like a handbag. Her last purse was purchased at Target for the same price as this one and it lasted 12 years. The lining of the bag feels like newspaper. It's crinkly, loud and paper-thin. If you dare to store your keys inside, they'll tear a hole through it in no time. Amazon really needs better quality control on items like this. The worst part is, the design is adorable. It would have made a really nice bag if it were better quality, had a proper fabric lining and the straps had been sewn on more securely. I'd have been happy to spend double what I paid here for a higher quality product. If you really like the design and have to have it, buy at your own risk. Just don't be surprised when it falls apart after a week or two, even with careful use.

So, I’m going to be Genuinely honest I really love the way this bag looks, I love the color and, I love the wings on it I will say I was a little frightened by some of the reviews of the other bags but when this one came in it had some plastic on it and most of the metal was not scratched at all except where the little handle is which doesn’t really bother me but I can understand why some people would be bothered by that. Some people are saying that there’s came dirty with scratches mine didn’t. Another thing that was stated was that the Wings do kind of curve to the side of the bag which really doesn’t bother me at all I kind of like it but I can understand where some people do not like it as well. Last thing I just want to clarify that this bag is a little small/compact when it comes to how much things you put in it but it very clearly states that in the photos because it gives you the measurements. All in all I really love this bag.

This purse is a bit smaller than expected but certainly still worth getting. The bag is high quality. I've gotten so many compliments on this purse since I got it. :) ---update-- So, the bag did have a couple issues after having it for about a week, the leather where the strap attaches to the handle tore. My husband was a quick thinker and we used superglue to repair it. I'm hoping it will last a long while because I do adore this purse. Just be aware if you use it as an every day purse it may require some tender love and care. Still I would 100% recommend this bag.

It's so unfair that this thing falls apart so easily. Just daily wear & tear from 4 months of having this bag and the straps have all either broken off or ripped entirely. It's barely holding on by threads on most of these but I don't even have a scratch or dirty scuff on it yet. But... it's like... really cute... so I bought another anyway purely for the aesthetic. But don't get me wrong this is super, super lame. I wouldn't recommend this bag to anyone even if I am personally stupid enough to buy another because I like how it looks that much. I'd give this purse 2.5 stars if I could because I love the visual design that much but for anyone with more than one single brain cell tethering them to this world: it's not worth it.

Please read whole review: First off, this is a purse, not a shoe. Idk why it's asking me shoe questions. Pictures: First one (ripped one) is a month later. The other photos are when I got the purse. Anyways, I love this purse, a little smaller than I had hoped but bigger than my little Fruits Basket purse. It seemed like it was holding up alright, but what do you know, right after the deadline is up to return it, the straps break so that they are hanging by just a hair. I'd seen the reviews and I ignored them because, while some stores may have adorable purses, most cute purses either have no zipper or are way too expensive. And my phone fits perfectly on the side. Plus it has just enough pockets, and my lil fox Togo makeup bag and Fox Togo Emergency Kit look positively adorable in it. But it I can't get the straps reinforced, I can't use it 😥 I could tell it was bad quality, but cheap and cute just got to me.

This is my third time buying this purse lol. The first one got really worn out and broke in a few places. The second one was stolen out of my car while I was hiking. So the quality of this purse really isn't the greatest but that's reflective of the price. It's super cute and I get compliments on it all the time. I love that it is practical for professional situations while still being nerdy cute. The backpack design is really convenient but does leave you a little exposed for pick pocketing.
