I'd give zero and ir negative stars from this third party shipper fir Amazon if I could! I wish I had taken pictures of the garbage they sent me. When I received the TV, the box looked like some used it as the company kicking post to let work place aggression out. When I opened the box, there was minimal Styrofoam inside to keep the TV from sloshing around inside the box and none of the safety wrap that usually comes with a new tv was on it. That should've been my first clue, but I had never bought a Vizio and thought they did things differently. Then I plugged it in and at first it came on and there was a wide light grey line right down the middle of the screen. When I looked it up on Google, it stated that the TV back light had gone out and the next day I turned it on again just to make sure I wasn't seeing things the day before and poof, no picture at all. The sound worked, but just a black screen. I know they say you get what you paid for, but expecting a new TV to work shouldn't be this difficult especially when advertised as new, not a scam paper weight. ... show more

Tv arrived on time and is amazing for the price! Sharp great colors. The controller it shipped with has a microphone and an ir blaster that doesn't seem to function as it appears to use rf or wifi direct....caution I just take out the batteries after I turn it on...

This is a great TV for an exterior RV mount because it's one of the few lower cost 50" TVs that is light enough for an exterior swivel arm RV mount. One suggestion: verify that you received the correct model TV. The first one came inna previously opened box (which was expected since it is renewed) but the TV did not have a 200x200 VESA mounting pattern or a removable power cord as the product description and Rufus AI indicated it had, so I knew I had received the wrong model. Wish I had checked the tv before hauling it to the campground. No issues requesting a replacement, but I'll be double checking the new one as soon as it arrives. ... show more

Update: Lowered from 2 stars to 1 star. To use any of the smart TV features, you need an account. The account must run through (and share your data with) Walmart. Yes, you NEED to give Walmart your email address, phone number, AND viewing history to use any app on this TV. To make it even worse, I get an error when I try to create an account. I HATE VIZIO. Pros: Light weight, picture quality, and price. Cons: Data privacy. This is my third Vizio smart TV over the last 17 years. I've been very happy with the value proposition; however, I didn't know about Vizio's nefarious new data privacy policy. Any and everything you do on this device may be monitored, tracked, and sold to 3rd parties. I will not buy anything from Vizio again - which is a shame. ... show more
