This is an excellent light, especially for the winter as it runs a bit hotter than others. I will say that I could not get this light to go full power with an AC Infinity controller. Not sure if I have the wrong RJ adapter or what the deal was with that? Works excellent with the Vivosun controller. I am achieving 1100 PPFD at about 12 inches in a 4 x 4 if this helps. The light controller extension cord to remote mount is very short and makes it difficult to mount it outside of a tent, but it can be done if you hang the light controller (ballast) from above outside the tent. This light is not compatible with the sunset sunrise option. I do recommend this light highly especially if you can pick it up closer to the $300 mark on sale as I did. ... show more

Received my VSFL today and already installed it in my 4x4. It fill the whole 4x4 tent. Giving it only 4stars because the description says it’s compatible with the VIVOSUN grow hub and it’s not. It comes with a RJ11 cable and the grow hub uses usb c which this light has no usb c connection. Update it is compatible with the VIVOSUN grow hub I forgot about the light cable that comes with the hub. Five stars but the lights due put off a lot of heat so now I have to get the VIVOSUN ac unit to control the temperature and it’s the lights that’s causing the high heat not the power converter. ... show more
