Purchased this ice maker in February. Didn’t even last 3 months. I sent an email to them on May 9th, and still haven’t heard anything from them. When it was working, it was wonderful. It started telling me to add water, when it is full. It would make a few cubes of ice that didn’t even fill up the bottom of the little basket. Then the add water light would come on and it would stop. It’s definitely not worth almost $200 for less than 3 months of use. Also, it would be nice to hear back from them as today is May27th and I have given them 18days to get back to me. Very disappointed with the customer service as I really like the ice maker and would love to have it working again.

Great little machine that makes perfect ice. If you have trouble lifting heavy items, this machine is not for you. The drain plug is in the bottom of the machine, and I have to lift it over the sink to drain. It gets 4 stars instead of 5 because it is noisy. Not so much that it drowns out the TV in the next room, but it is an annoying humming in the background.

I ended up returning this product. I thought that the ice maker would also keep ice frozen. No ability to keep ice frozen. Ice melts and the machine keeps making the ice. It was not noticed, but the functionality to empty water from the bottom is a two person job. My recommendation is don’t waste your money.
