Still working 3 months later just fine. The only thing I only just realized is that there is a cleaning function ( I should have read the manual) I tell you this because even though every month I do clean it, I've been doing it wrong. I would add vinegar and water and have it make ice and then wait for it to melt and and run it a few more times with fresh water. Well, if you hold down the power button for a few seconds it'll just run the pump and wash out the inside and oh boy, a lot of gunk, dust and whatever else was inside came out. Make sure to do it several times but don't let it run the whole (7?) minute cycle or whatever because it'll just end up sucking in whatever it just washed out. Only run it for 15 seconds maybe less, immediately throw out the water, don't use the plug at the button because the all that gunk is just going to settle at the bottom. You're going to have to pick the unit up and toss the water out. Do this until it runs clear, then use a cleaning solution like vinegar mixed with equal parts water AND THEN let it run the whole cycle, then afterwards use only fresh water to make sure all the vinegar is cleared out. It's quite the process and takes some time but it is what it is. I can't dock a star for it, this is a cheap ice maker and it still works perfect for my needs. You just have to remember to clean it properly. Oh and remember to clean the basket and the scooper too. In fact, disinfect the entire ice bin.

The ice size is perfect for drinks. Operates quietly. Great value for the price.

Purchased this ice maker in February. Didn’t even last 3 months. I sent an email to them on May 9th, and still haven’t heard anything from them. When it was working, it was wonderful. It started telling me to add water, when it is full. It would make a few cubes of ice that didn’t even fill up the bottom of the little basket. Then the add water light would come on and it would stop. It’s definitely not worth almost $200 for less than 3 months of use. Also, it would be nice to hear back from them as today is May27th and I have given them 18days to get back to me. Very disappointed with the customer service as I really like the ice maker and would love to have it working again.

If it comes down to this or an ice cubes tray, this beats out an ice cube tray without breaking a sweat. It makes so much ice, it’s really simple to clean, and it is super convenient. It’s not all that noisy, the bargin i got for it makes it worth every penny, and it shuts off on its own.

I love this ice maker! Perfect pellet ice. It takes about 10 min for it to start making the pellets, then it constantly makes ice until the basket is full. As it melts, it makes more ice -if you don’t use it right away. I use this for all of my summer drinks, and it is handy for when someone isn’t feeling well and you need to serve them icy drinks/they want ice to chew.

Works perfectly and very fast

I ended up returning this product. I thought that the ice maker would also keep ice frozen. No ability to keep ice frozen. Ice melts and the machine keeps making the ice. It was not noticed, but the functionality to empty water from the bottom is a two person job. My recommendation is don’t waste your money.
