I have had this for a couple of months now and am very happy. I previously had a machine that produced cubes. It was fine and lasted a few years. I much prefer this one as the nuggets cool the drink much quicker and are easy to chew. I found that it fills up pretty quick and the nuggets do not melt quickly as others have suggested. I leave mine on 24/7 and there is always ice available to me. The sound is slightly louder than my previous machine but we got used to it pretty quick and I don’t even notice the sound anymore . Definitely worth it.

After 5 weeks the bearing on the fan is making a lot of noise and going out plus the pump is getting so loud you can’t have a conversation over it. I would say if looking at this one don’t do it, find a different one. If I could give it less then one star I would!!

I have wanted a soft ice maker for a while. After reviewing many machines I decided to purchase this one. I have used it everyday since it arrived. It makes perfect ice in10 minutes. It does not make a large amount of ice before you need to add water. It makes enough for 2 8oz glasses. Once you add the water it starts right up and begins to make more ice. Have owned the product for a month now. Does a great job at producing nugget ice (sonic ice). It does take some time to initially produce ice. First amount of ice coming out of the machine is more mush before it cools down and forms into the nugget ice. It's not really noisy and you just need to continue to add water. You can produce a good amount of ice as long as you keep filling the water reservoir. Holding tray for ice is small, recommendation is to fill up bag asap and freeze otherwise ice will melt in holding compartment. Need to check ice production on a regular basis to keep it producing. Probably need to check every hour to clear out ice. Side note: it also comes with with ice bags which is a plus. Not a large ice maker but it does the job. Have been pleased with the product and would recommend if you want that Sonic Ice.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great countertop icemaker. It makes the perfect soft crunchy ice. I find it takes about 20 minutes to fill the basket. It is perfect for household use. Highly recommend.

My dad loves this!! I shopped around and this one had the best reviews in my opinion. We have pretty hot summers here and used this almost every day in the dead of summer. Perfect ice. We don’t care about the ice shape, but if you do this is kinda like sonic ice? Little cubes that pop out. LOVE IT!

I reached out to customer service when the initial noise started , they asked for a video to trouble shoot .
