I ordered two of these for my dog bakery business. So far they're working great but I've only had them a couple weeks. I love the fact that it's digital and the temperature goes up to 176F. Also, it doesn't show it in the description or say it in the description but the racks have two heights. Lower height and a higher height. If you turn the racks around, there's more space in between them for larger or thicker items, which is what I need. It's kind of hard to describe, but you'll figure it out once you get them. I also like the fact that their rectangular shaped racks instead of round because I can get more product in them. I posted some pictures to try to help people see how it works. Great buy!

I really like this dehydrator, I used it 4/5 times then followed a recipe in the booklet that comes with it for the kale. I’m not sure what went wrong but it seems the oil that is in that recipe may have shorted the heating element. I reached out to the customer support line and they responded same day that they will replace my unit. Very satisfied

Simple instructions. Easy to put together. Yes, I can hear the fan and it’s a nice relief when it’s done, but it’s not at all obnoxious. The downside to this is the temperature settings. You turn the dial to set the temperature but it is not exact. For instance, if I want 150, a turn to the left gives me 140. A turn to the right is 158. You can’t reach 150! Another issues we have is wondering if it ever really gets up to temperature. Banana chips were taking a ridiculously long time so my husband put a thermometer in the unit. It stayed 10-15* lower than we’d set it. This is really only important when making jerky or other meats for food safety concerns. For my purposes, this dehydrator is working just fine and hasn’t yet been put away!

This product worked for 6 months. Used no more than 12 times. After this, the fan stopped rotating and began to smell like an electronics fire and melted wires. I'm very disappointed with my purchase. I do not recommend it to other buyers. I would like my money back.

The plastic trays can be a little bit tricky to clean when things get cooked onto them but not terribly so. I wish I could choose my own temperature instead of needing to select a pre-programmed temperature. Due to the shape and design of the trays, I couldn’t find any tray/mats that can fit to make things like fruit leather or anything liquid. I ended up making tinfoil rims and cutting my own Teflon sheets to avoid sticking. But other than that, it is very quiet, holds a lot of food, is easy to use, seems to be made well, can be turned to have low or high space between trays to accommodate different sizes/thickness of food.
