I bought this antiperspirant over a year ago and I'm still not fully out. This is by far the most effective antiperspirant I have ever used. Best effects are when you apply at night. I literally only need to use it every couple of days even with showering. HOWEVER it can definitely make your arm pits itch and even burn, especially when using it after shaving. I do not recommend using this after shaving and will use an alternative at these times. I typically only use this in the summer as it's just not needed for me in the winter. It's also great for special occasions to make sure you are good to go. I literally will not sweat which in turn means no odor. The product itself has no scent. I for sure recommend but use with caution and definitely do not use on Broken or sensitive skin

I used to sweat excessively under my arms, so I underwent sympathetic surgery to treat hyperhidrosis. The surgery was effective, but afterward, I started sweating heavily on my torso (chest, stomach, and back). My doctor recommended Drysol, which worked well, but since it's prescription-only and I needed to cover a much larger area than just my underarms, one bottle didn’t last the entire month. That’s when I found this product on Amazon. Even though it has 5% less aluminum concentration than Drysol, it works amazingly well. I apply it to the front and back of my torso before bed, wash it off in the morning, and I stay sweat-free throughout the day. In the beginning, it may cause itching, and the sensation can feel similar to sunburn, but your skin will adapt over time. Start slow—use it every two days initially, then after a week, switch to every other day. Eventually, you can use it every night once your skin adjusts. This product is definitely worth it!

I’ve been looking for a deodorant that really helps be with the smell, and no Luck!! BUT THIS ONE!!! Omg it works really good and no smelll at all, it itches a little when you use it but just for a few minutes!

I have tried several other products and nothing comes even close to how effective this product really is. Hardly any sweat even after workout and even if I sweat, there's no BO. As mentioned in several other reviews, it starts to burn or cause itching on skin after applying it but reduces after a few hours and completely goes away next day. The first time I used it, I thought I would never be able to use it again because of the itching but I decided to bear the discomfort after seeing the results and it doesn't burn that much now but still does. A trick mentioned in one of the reviews was helpful i.e. to ly down under a fan or something to let it air dry as that reduces the burns/itching. It's like a medicine that's a wonder drug but has a side effect. So if you are looking for something light, this is not for you but if you have tried other products and they didn't work for you this one surely will.

I have used this product for years - so long that I have begun to forget just how sweaty I used to be. I'm a small person, and don't live in a hot climate, so my sweating was more of the "nerves and/or anxiety" variety, which meant that I just had damp armpits all the time, and it felt gross. My wardrobe was built around the need to either absorb or hide my pit sweat, and no amount of antiperspirant seemed to help. Enter CertainDri. When I began using it, I had some problems with skin irritation, but it did curb my sweatiness, so I was willing to suffer. One morning, however, I woke up with awful chemical burns that took over a week to heal to the point where they were no longer oozing, it was bad bad bad. When I started using it, I followed the directions on the package, which said to apply it to clean skin at night before bedtime, and it turns out that is not the ideal time for everyone. What the directions should say is that you should apply it whenever you tend to sweat the least, because you want the product to DRY on your skin. I overheat at night while I sleep, so the product was just held under my arms, against my body, unable to evaporate, as I continued to sweat, which just irritated the heck out of my skin. What I do now is to apply is right after my morning shower, leave it on as I do my morning routine (about 15 minutes), then blot the excess off with some tissue, making sure my pits are dry before I put my shirt on. I do this 2x a week and my armpits do not sweat. At all. I use a light swipe of scented deodorant on the non-CertainDri days, mostly just for the fresh scent, and only buy a stick of deodorant like once a year, because I go through it so slowly. So to summarize, 1) It can be harsh if you use too much or have very sensitive skin. 2) you can minimize the irritation by keeping it as dry as possible while it is on your skin. 3) you might have to try and fail a few times to find the frequency that is right for you.

when I was using regular deodorant I would sweat through my shirt multiple times a day and would always smell bad no matter how much I used. not to mention the armpit area of all my black t-shirts would eventually stain white. I got fed up and decided to try this and it works so well. now my underarms stay dry all day and I smell fine. I even spread some on my hands to stop them from getting clammy. I'm kind of annoyed that a 6 dollar antiperspirant is all it took to get rid of an insecurity I've had for years lmao. (this sounds like an ad but I'm so fr)
