The media could not be loaded. This does give off a nice amount of warmth. Does it look like a real fire? No, but it does look good. I wish the display was not front and center because that definitely takes away from a realistic look. First time using it today, so hopefully it holds up.     • Poor quality of remote control

We bought this product in Dec 2023. It was good. We only used for about 7 days during holidays last year. Right before Christmas 2024 , we started to use it, unfortunately the remote control didn’t work. After contacted with customer service, we were told we should get a replacement. However, we received an email next day and said we need to pay addition $30 to replace poor quality remote control. I cannot believe how bad the quality of remote control (it’s broken only used for 7 days) and cannot believe how expensive for a small piece of plastic remote. BTW, the product also has buttons in the side, however it cannot be turned off for the fan and had to turn off whole heater. ... show more
