    • These solar lights are very handy!
We take our solar lights camping with us so that we can set up an area for say the kitchen and have that be the one area that we cook in and clean up to make sure all the animals don't swing by. These lights we just strung up on some trees which was super easy to do and then once dusk hit,t they lit up . These lights are actually pretty bright. So stringing them around the kitchen enabled us to see everything we were cooking or the food we needed to cut up and put in a frying pan. I don't know if you've ever tried to cook with a flashlight before, but it is not too fun. So this we can just have them on go cook what we want to and we could either turn them off or set them on a different setting whereas they could just alert us if anyone was walking through human or animal. It's kind of spoiled us for camping a little bit now. I was looking people that don't have these lights and shake my head. They're really missing out! ... show more

    • Decent all-night low power solar string lights. Glass bulbs.
The glass bulbs on these are not shatterproof at all, so buyer beware. Don’t sit on these after delivery, literally and figuratively. At least inspect them, because these bulbs are hard to find in hardware stores. Installation was simple and quick, I screwed each bulb’s integrated hanger into my fence, taut. It came out really nice. It works more like accent and dim lighting, not your typical plugged in high power lighting strings. This is much better on the power bill and less annoying to have on all the time. Solar panel looks like decent polycrystalline, so it’ll last 20 years if something else doesn’t break by then. At $30, it’s good value and I’d recommend this as a cheaper alternative to Brightech (the originals of this design IMO), and way better than the amorphous kit from Costco. ... show more

    • Great, long-lasting light output...
Nice light output and long-lasting, too. Mine easily goes 8-10 hours on a strong charge. I used the long line as it's own suspension, simply tying off each end between two palm trees in my backyard. Great no-cost-electricity way to accent the backyard each night. They've been "set and forget" and turn themselves on each night. Love them. Recommended. ... show more

We put these up around the gazebo of our hottub. They lined up really well and hung from the hooks we purchased very easily. We drilled the solar panel into the South side of the structure as much as possible. LIghts turned on at dusk.

I love the lights, but getting them was work. My first order was delivered with broken bulbs. Amazon promptly replaced them, but the replacement order appeared to be used. It was a one time replacement, so I needed to make another trip to UPS to return them, and then order another set... which arrived with a broken bulb. So I have them hanging minus one light until I can get a replacement bulb which I will have to buy. I didn't want to return them again- With the exception of the delivery issues, the lights are good quality, easy to hang and fairly bright for solar cafe lights. I am considering buying another set for my backyard. ... show more
