The media could not be loaded. Bike was assembled almost 90 percent when received. Details assembly instructions and videos are present to assemble. That was easy to assemble. Quality wise its a great bike. Paint job is done perfectly and the matte finish with vinyls looks great. The finish of frame joints is really good. Shock absorbtion is very good. Brakes works really well. To protect the deraillure there is a guard installed on top of that which is really great. Gears switching is smooth right out of the box. I don't have to tune it up. The size of bike is little bit bigger than conventional bikes. I am about 5ft 8in and can ride it easily. Seat height is adjustable. Weight wise its lighter comparative to other electric bikes and easy to maneuver. It came with LED headlight which is really bright. The other good thing is electric horn. It also came with front and rear fenders. Battery life looks really good. After few miles its still showing full. This bike is programmable. One can adjust the levels of pedal assistance. Many other features are controllable by going to settings using the digital display. Instructions manual has a lot of details and well explained but there isn't enough info about customizing the settings. However, details instructions can be found on internet easily about bike functions using display. In my experience its a great bike and a good value for money. I hope I can enjoy this for a long time. The only drawback that I would like to point out is the comfort level of saddle for me. Its not very bad but average. I used a saddle cover to make it more comfortable.

I got this E-Bike and was really impressed with its solid build and how it performs. Putting it together was a bit daunting at first, but it wasn't too bad – the whole thing can be done in about 45-60 minutes. It's just about attaching parts like the front tire, handlebars, seat, fenders, and headlight. All the tools you need come with it, and the instructions are super clear, even with QR codes for YouTube videos to help out. The bike feels sturdy and is a bit heavier than regular bikes, thanks to its strong frame and the motor and battery. Despite the weight, it's still pretty nimble and easy to handle. You can cruise at up to 32 km/h (20 mph) with three speed settings, which is great for both city streets and easy trails. The brakes are top-notch – they stop you fast and feel really safe, even at high speeds. The gears switch smoothly too, making it fun to pedal yourself sometimes. It's like having the best of both worlds between an E-Bike and a regular bike. The only small thing is the fenders – they're not as tough as the rest of the bike, so you've got to be a bit gentle with them. But they're the right size for the big tires, which add to the bike's solid feel on different surfaces. Overall, this E-Bike is super sturdy and reliable. It's more than just a way to get around; it's a solid partner for your daily trips and fun rides. The weight is actually a good thing, showing how well-made it is. If you're looking for a durable, safe, and fun E-Bike, this one's definitely worth considering.

my son has had the bike for 5 -6 months. It was great out of the box. No issues. It is really fast and fun to ride. The battery still works well but it’s not the miles they said it will get on a single charge. I think he said he gets 20 miles to 1 charge now. The biggest issue is the brakes. Both front and back brakes have failed. I have tightened them until I couldn’t tighten anymore. Then I bought new pads and replaced them. That lasted 1 month. So now I have to replace the disc to see if that fixes it and also replace the brake lines. The brakes suddenly going out is extremely dangerous. My son has fallen off into the grass twice now because of this. Update Jan 2025: the company reached out to me to try and fix the issue. Due to faulty brakes, my son was unable to stop at a place with an oncoming car. The car was able to mostly stop. He is ok, but he was hit by the car and thankfully only had a couple bruises. This is my son’s only form of transportation to and from school (6 miles)as my job prevents me from taking him. So I needed an immediate fix which the company was unable to provide. They requested videos, but how am I supposed to record something that intermittently happens and also how am I to record the brakes failing as I’m riding it? I tried sending some videos but the files were too big with only a few seconds of recording. They sent me other ways to try to send them. So anyways, I swapped out brake calipers from another bike. They worked perfect. I then bought SHIMANO brand brake calipers and they are amazing. I have informed the company of the quality of their brake calipers. Honestly even if they offered to send me new calipers, I would have rejected them as I’m sure they were the same brand that failed. Hopefully they switch their product. I reduced the rating from 2 stars to 1 star as this is a HUGE safety issue. If you buy this bike, be careful! I spent a lot of time investigating the issue. Replacing brake pads, tightening the caliper mechanisms, tightening the metal braking wiring. Everytime I thought I fixed it, it would fail a week or 2 later. So,if you choose to buy this bike, you WILL need new brake calipers for both tires. They cost $50-$60. The new brakes require some tweaking to get them right. I’m handy, so I easily did it but for others it may not be as easy. Update Feb 2025: I did everything they requested. Submitted my receipts for the brakes. Unfortunately since purchasing the bike I had lost my debit card which is the original form of payment. I informed them of the situation. They tried refunding $1 to see if I would get it and I did not and I let them know. Asked for amazon credit instead because I thought it would be easiest for them. Update march 2025: The company sent me the money I paid for the new brakes. It took some time, but they finally came through. Update Sept 2025: The bike is still working well. No new issues. My son has put almost 2000 miles on it. The only issue we have is the battery does eventually get worse. He is able to travel about 8-10 on 1 charge. But for him that is all he needs. He is still happy with the bike. Despite the brake issues, I’d buy it again. It stays in the garage but he rides it to school everyday. Despite being in the rain occasionally, there is no rust. It has held up well.
