All the tools you need come with it, and the instructions are super clear, even with QR codes for YouTube videos to help out. The bike feels sturdy and is a bit heavier than regular bikes, thanks to its strong frame and the motor and battery. Despite the weight, it's still pretty nimble and easy to handle. You can cruise at up to 32 km/h (20 mph) with three speed settings, which is great for both city streets and easy trails. The brakes are top-notch – they stop you fast and feel really safe, even at high speeds. The gears switch smoothly too, making it fun to pedal yourself sometimes. It's like having the best of both worlds between an E-Bike and a regular bike. The only small thing is the fenders – they're not as tough as the rest of the bike, so you've got to be a bit gentle with them. But they're the right size for the big tires, which add to the bike's solid feel on different surfaces. Overall, this E-Bike is super sturdy and reliable. The media could not be loaded. Bike was assembled almost 90 percent when received. Details assembly instructions and videos are present to assemble. That was easy to assemble. Quality wise its a great bike. Paint job is done perfectly and the matte finish with vinyls looks great. The finish of frame joints is really good. Shock absorbtion is very good. Brakes works really well. To protect the deraillure there is a guard installed on top of that which is really great. Gears switching is smooth right out of the box. I don't have to tune it up. The size of bike is little bit bigger than conventional bikes. I am about 5ft 8in and can ride it easily. Seat height is adjustable. Weight wise its lighter comparative to other electric bikes and easy to maneuver. It came with LED headlight which is really bright. The other good thing is electric horn. It also came with front and rear fenders. Battery life looks really good. After few miles its still showing full. This bike is programmable. One can adjust the levels of pedal assistance. Many other features are controllable by going to settings using the digital display. Instructions manual has a lot of details and well explained but there isn't enough info about customizing the settings. However, details instructions can be found on internet easily about bike functions using display. In my experience its a great bike and a good value for money. I hope I can enjoy this for a long time. The only drawback that I would like to point out is the comfort level of saddle for me. Its not very bad but average. I used a saddle cover to make it more comfortable.

The bike came to me set up incorrectly. Everything that belonged to the right of the handlebar was on the left hand side and vice versa and it was upside down. So i had to redo that. Other than that. I get around 30 MPH on level 3 riding the bike. I love it. I would recommend getting a new seat. I’m six foot one and it rides comfortably.

Having purchased this e-bike, I must say that I’m thoroughly pleased with the overall product. You’re not going to get a better e-bike for a better price. Smooth ride. The 4” fat tires make for a really comfortable ride. Durable frame and wheels. If you’ve never had a bike with disc brakes or have never adjusted them, I’d recommend reading up or watching a video that explains the often overlooked tricks to tweak them so they’re properly adjusted for efficiency and safety. I recommend buying a 4 pack of the brake pads for like $13-$15. Also, The customer service was responsive and efficient in addressing a minor crank issue, which I appreciated. While the battery performance may not meet my initial high expectations, I’m not excessively worried about the battery dying quickly. The convenience and efficiency of this e-bike have certainly outweighed any minor battery setback. I highly recommend this e-bike for its overall quality and convenience. It’s a lot of fun to ride and definitely a solid choice for anyone in search of reliable electric transportation.

We have had so much fun riding this electric bike. Definitely a great deal for the price. It goes fast, has a bright headlight, and even has a horn. The tires are really thick and sturdy. The bike is big, so Definitely for adults. The seat is adjustable. Comfortable to ride and good looking too. The bike is very easy to charge and runs for a long time before needing charged again. Has a display for gears and a digital display for speed. You can change the setting to choose km or mph. We got up to almost 20 mph so it does go quite fast for a bike. Definitely recommended.

This is an overall good bike. I was looking for an entry level ebike that wouldn't break the bank. I got my wife a different one that was a complete fail if she was tall enough I would have got her one of these aswell. The seat is comicaly small i am a bigger guy and didn't even try it i ordered a comfy one right out the gate. I am a bigger guy and just under the weight limit for this bike at 320 and it works great its not going to pull me up a good incline without pedaling but sure does help. I believe it said top speed 25 but I cant get it much faster than 20mph but that is plenty fast for a bike for me. It was packaged very well and undamaged and easy to put together.

I bought my bike back in February and it rides great. The only trouble I've really had so far is that the kickstand just broke off after being bummed once. Make sure to check the metal for cracks.
