Initially I liked the price of this bike, like the reviews, and did not expected to be as beautiful, cool, fun, easy to assemble, problems free, long lasting battery as I found it to be. I needed an alternative way to reliably commute over short distances (5/10/15 miles) and my VIVI, my first e bike, did the job so far, way beyond my expectations. I'm trilled! Totally recommend the purchase of this bike. (My VIVI came very well packed, with tools to assemble and a manual of instructions that could be improved to explain better the small stuff, such as the parts that are there for packing/traveling protection and need to be removed to assemble)

I have been riding this bike for about a month. The first thing I'll note is the instructions are very little help. The video has no words and skips things like the cargo rack and other things I don't quite remember now. If you have good building and problem solving skills though, you can figure it out. Another thing is buy a new seat. The one it comes with is so unbearably uncomfortable that I literally had bruises. The cargo rack fits really wonky and I suggest using your own tools to tighten the seat and bar. Overall though it goes a decent speed, struggles a little bit up hill, but gets great speed flat and of course down hill. I am a bigger woman and it has no problem getting up to speed. The headlight is nice and bright. One power light is about 3 miles with me and I've never drained the battery, but to stay on the safe side, with full turbo you get about 15 miles. Pedals are really loose if you are using the throttle so don't expect to be able to boost the turbo with man power. Great little bike overall especially as someone who has only ever used those rent-a-bikes.

Bought this for wife. It wasn't too difficult to put together. The tool kit they supply helps, but if you have some of your own tools to use with the ones in box then you're set. I would say on a difficult scale this was a 3/5. I had the most trouble with front hub. It seems like you have to take out the shipping hub and install front wheel. But it appears you have to loosen the end bolts and we got stuck there because they're so tight. Called a neighbor and together we all figured out the front hub has a quick connect clamp and you don't do anything with the hub except put the quick connect through the hub bolt hole. Once it was together My wife was all set. This bike goes pretty fast and the pedal assist is easy. I'm Glad I bought this bike.

The media could not be loaded. Love at first sight! Shipping was fast and very well packaged. Every single part was well protected. First class packaging. Assembly took me like twenty minutes- easily done with all the tools included and you don't need to have any mechanical knowledge to put it together with clear instruction booklet in two lenguages. The battery was fully charged. Within no time, I had the bike ready to go, put my helmet on and took it for a spin right away. The built quality, design, and finish is first class too. The appearance is nice and is pretty sturdy. The bike's performance is impressive-very smooth ride,fast, has a powerful motor, and the battery feels like it will last forever offering an excellent riding experience. The controls are simple and can be easily used. I ride it every chance I get and everything works as it should. The LCD display is bright and colorful. Gear shifts are pretty smooth. You can also use this as a regular bike with pedal assist or use it as a fully electric bike. This bike is well built and performs very well. I loved the way the battery fits into the frame tube with the velcro bag. The front light is bright. It so quiet on full throttle and smooth. For the price, it's perfect for on and off road. One nice thing about this purchase is that it is complete. Bike, lights, horn, etc. It is most everything you can use all in one. Once you put it together, it is done. You don't need anything else but a helmet. Great bike; Great company; Money well spent and a lot of fun to ride! It's fantastic! So much fun and very comfortable to ride. El display es brillante y colorido, los cambios de velocida son super suaves y la puedes usar como una biciclta regular, pedaleando o como una bicicleta electrica Esta bicicleta esta bien construida y se desenvuelve muy bien Me encanta la forma en que la bateria encaja en el chasis con su bolsa de velcro. La luz del frente es brillante. la bicileta es silenciosa, por este precio es perfecta para caminos normales o caminos sin asfalto. Una cosa buena de esta compra es que es todo completp, la bicicleta, luz, bocina, una vez que la ensamblastes lo unico que necesitas es un casco. Buena bicicleta.buena compania, dinero bien gastado.

Bike works well but definitely doesn’t go as fast as they claim. For a first electric bike it does fine. Battery lasts a long time and it is comfortable. Took a star off because it doesn’t get up above 16mph and there is no place for a water bottle. Otherwise I’m happy with it. 2/13/25 update on my review. Changing to 1 stars. I’ve had the bike for a year and a half and it worked well until last week when two of the back tire spokes broke. The tire started to lose its shape and wobble. Took it to a bike shop to see if it could be repaired and they said it needs a new wheel. Contacted the company last week and after several back and forth emails I cannot get a price for a new wheel and you can’t buy a replacement in the US that is less than $300. The bike is useless and the company is not responding. Spokes on the tires are very thin and do not last.
