The media could not be loaded. Okay, so first, the bike came with the tip of it's seat torn up in transport, see photos. Also, one of the tires wasn't fully seated in the rim. The good news is that the seller was kind enough to instruct me on how to try to mount the tire fully, and also offer me a partial refund for a new seat. I was originally going to give it 4 stars, but giving 5 because of the excellent customer service. You do have to assemble it out of the box and that took me at least an hour and a half to do on my own. The instructions are not particularly easy to understand at all, but with some common sense, you can figure it out. It has multiple speeds and can go pretty fast. You have to pedal for a few minutes to get the motor to start, and then it takes over the hard work for you, and you only have to pedal every once in a while to keep the motor going. You can adjust the pedaling difficulty if you're going up a hill or anything like that. It has quite a few different gear speeds. It's very sleek looking, I love the shiny black with red accents. It rides pretty smoothly, but I honestly think I'll be happy to get a different seat because the one it comes with isn't very comfortable. But it looks like a standard road bike seat. I think it will do the job nicely and I'm excited to ride it more. I hope this helps you decide! ... show more

This bike is a great starter e-bike! We bought 3 of them and hoped for the best and we are not disappointed. Well made, easy to assemble and they work great. We replaced the seats and added a fender rack and we are in love!

The manual isn't very complete - you probably need some experience with bicycles. I bought two for the grandkids, and they are successfully using them daily for their 4-mile commute to high school. The tires are a bit flimsy, and they came barely inflated. If you simply add air, you might blow the bead off the rim if you aren't careful. You need to massage them until the bead seats evenly. The grandkids had three flats in the first month from tiny seed pods, so I installed liners and Slime tubes. The fenders are flimsy, perhaps a hazard because the rear fenders have come loose. Even without power, I like the feel of the bicycles. The disc brakes work great. (I hope pads will be available). The shifting is quite nice. The front suspension also feels nice, but might be too soft for aggressive riders, and the seals weep a little. Power feels fairly good, speed isn't, but local laws require 20mph cut-out in order to be categorized for unlicensed riders under 16 years old. One of the batteries had a minor defect. The receptacle wasn't tightened down, and the dust plug fell off it's mount the first day that bicycle was used. I removed the lower cover from the battery pack, melted the adhesive with a soldering iron, loosened the nut far enough to reinstall the dust plug, tightened the nut, and reflowed the thermal adhesive. It's been fine so far. The kickstand design is very nice, the toe-to-front-wheel clearance is good. These bicycles look sharp. I would buy them again, and might even buy a third one. It was easy to assemble. It rides well after I put a better seat on it. I have not ridden a bike in quite some years but the electric motor/pedal assist makes it easy. I have the 26 inch, I wish I had bought the 27 inch. Think about your height and length of your stride to choose the right size. This bike will serve it purpose for me. ... show more

This was an anniversary present for my 70 year old husband, and he loves it! My husband likes to stay active, so he rides his regular bike a few times a week, however, he is slowing down. When a friend purchased his e-bike, my husband and I talked about this being just what he needed. The price was excellent, and we purchased assembly to make sure it was done correctly. Assembly took no time at all (this was reviewed earlier), and before you knew it, my husband was off and running! He did have to do a few practice runs to become familiar with the bike. My one complaint is that there should be additional information besides assembly instructions. One of his biking partners had to explain to him things like how the throttle kicks in, and how he should use it. There may be other issues that need explaining, but nothing just now. Bottom-line: my husband is in heaven with his gift, and this was the perfect 50th anniversary present for me to give to him! I would absolutely recommend this bike to anyone interested in an entry level, and inexpensive e-bike. ... show more

the bike its very nice looking and sharp. but, if you are going to use it then became a problem because the tires are very cheap made and they wear-off in a week. also, the tires were leaking air from the stem. i have used a regular bike and have never wereoff the tires that fast. sad.

I bought this bike after riding a friends Rad Power bike. To be fair, those bikes cost a lot more money, but you can see/feel the difference between the 2. • Power: The Vivi definitely does not have the torque I was hoping for. For rising around flat areas it works pretty well. Any kind of steep hill though - you most definitely are going to have to pedal to keep the bike moving. A more expensive bike will get you up pretty much anything without pedaling. • Weight: I was really surprised at how light this bike is. While it’s nice, it also kind of makes me wonder what they skimped out on. • Overall: It’s not going to be a shock to find out this bike is Chinese. I mean..who’s ever heard of this brand before? The tires are the absolute cheapest junk you’ll find on a bike, and you’ll definitely want to make adjustments to the brakes/derailleur etc. The seat…is a seat. Assembly was super easy though and I was riding it within 30 mins. Id say it’s probably worth the money. It feels and rides like a $400 bike. Just don’t compare it to a $2000 bike. ... show more
