I hate cardio so jumping rope is my go to. I got a 5lb rope thinking it would be so easy. With a regular rope I do HIIT 1 minute alternating jumping with about 20 seconds rest. I can only jump 20 times with this. My arms are sore and I’m weezing (LOL)! Very motivating and trying to increase reps each week. Great purchase. Sort of long for my height (5’5”) but I make it work. Be careful of low ceilings. This rope can do some damage. ... show more

I haven't worked out in YEARS! And jumped right into this rope not knowing what it do. I was out of commission for a long time! Love it! I got the 1.5 to start small and im glad I did cause I got tired pretty quick and had to stop after my calves were burning and couldnt walk for a bit lol my handles started to come undone the first day but put some black hard duty tape and it is nice and sturdy now.

Got the 2.5lb rope because I wanted a challenge. I bit off more than I can chew but no turning back now. It's definitely not for the faint of heart or those with weak ankles.
