These are great bikes. We bought 2 and love them. They are fast and the battery lasts a long time.. I suggest you upgrade the seat, but other than that. They are one of the best bikes on the market for the money. I highly recommend this bike and customer service has been great.

I have 700 miles on my ACE01. It has plenty of torque... Comfortably accelerates from 0-25mph in about 10 seconds, and that's carrying me (230lbs.) plus my bag (20lbs.). If you're 300 pounds, it'll carry you. I've had this bike LOADED down several times and it did just fine. It didn't bog down too much, but the range did suffer some, obviously. I genuinely have no complaints about the bike so far. Granted, 700 miles isn't exactly a good indicator of long-term reliability... But the fact that I have had literally zero issues in 700 miles tells me it's at least acceptably reliable. Really, the only complaint I have is that it's limited to 25mph. I can feel it when I ride, it would do 28 just fine. Also, I wish the battery were a bit higher capacity considering the style of bike it's powering (heavy bike, fat tire, 330lb. payload capacity). Definitely not anything major though, and aside from those two things, it's essentially perfect for a sub-$1K bike. Honestly they could probably charge $2,000 and it would still be an okay deal. I'll update this once I cross the 1,500 mark. ... show more
