[Updated Reviews Below] Hello, e-bike guy here. I’ve been with Vivi for 4 years now. This bike is my first fat tire bike. I’m pretty pleased by the way it performs and stuff like that. PS: I’ll be back in a month or two to update my review and give my final thoughts on it. |||||||| Build Quality | 9/10 I can say the build of the bike is awesome, it’s strong, it looks good, looks evil and looks sturdy which it is. Only disappointment I have is the back rack, it’s nice that there is one, but no sides. Speed/MPH | 10/10 The speed on the bike is awesome, it runs good, it takes off fast, and it’s quiet at full speed or any speed. Battery Life | 10/10 The battery life is pretty insane for, good range. It took a few hours to kill the battery fully, which is good. Comfort | 8/10 The seat is comfortable, the front suspension is awesome, I love it. Only issue I have is no rear suspension, you’ll feel every medium sized potholes or bumps. It’s only bad in the rear if you hit something such as a pothole. Otherwise, it rides good. Assembling | 10/10 As a bike guy that’s owned e-bikes for many years, I have experience and had the bike put together within 20 minutes, didn’t need the book since it’s pretty self explanatory. But if you don’t know how, then I recommend reading the book. Some concerns I would consider people to know. It’s a fat tire bike, so if you’ve never rode one, you need to be aware of when you turn at any speed and when you lean left or right. Be careful, it’s a bigger and heavier bike, so act as if you’re riding something heavy and maintain your balance. The battery, it does weigh quite a bit, so be careful taking it out and be careful carrying. Lastly, I did notice it was tricky getting the battery out. Turn the key to the open position, hold the key there, use your other hand and push the button, the hand that’s pushing the button, you’d want to move a finger and pull the battery down, once it’s down a bit, remove your hand from the key and grab it. Overall rating: 5 Stars Opinion Rating: 4 Stars Will be back to update my review in a month or two. Wednesday, September 4th #2 Update Bike is doing very well! I’ve noticed I had a flat dismorning and got it fixed. Since it’s a fat tire bike, the tire is harder to get it to fit in the rim perfect. You have to have a certain amount of air in the tire to fully get it back inside the rim. It took 30 minutes to figure it out. You don’t want it fully flat or fully inflated. I recommend taking it to a bike dealer to get it fixed if it ever happens. The fat tire does have a tube for those curious. Otherwise, the battery is pretty good, does really well and so does the bike. October 20th, 2024 review update | FINAL and LAST Update This is my final update for the bike. It still performs and does really well from all the notes listed above. If you aren’t experienced within brake bleeding, take it to a bike shop since this bike is known at the bike shop I go to, it’s tricky to bleed the brake system. Quick tip, if you think you can run your brakes without the mineral oil the brakes take in order to have brakes, you’re wrong! You need mineral oil to have brakes. If your brake pads start squeaking a lot, you’re due for new brakes, it’s recommended to get a bleed job done too. I also turned off the speed limiter, with it on, it goes 20.0MPH, with it off, it goes 25.0MPH MAX. I can say, there’s no difference in this, I get about 5 miles less on my battery with full throttle with the speed limiter off. But otherwise, 5 miles isn’t a major difference, bike does overall well. December 2024 Review | I said the October one is my last one. But here’s a final one, I figured I’d add this. My bike now has 638 miles. Bike still works the exact same. It’s unbelievable how it still works the same. Just rode it for its first mile. I’m 6 ft 1 and I weigh over 300 pounds. I’ll update this after I ride it for a few more miles. Packing and shipping wise I give 5/5. The bike assembly itself takes about as long as undoing all the packaging. Putting it together was simple, instructions are easy to follow. So far for riding I have to say this bike is pretty impressive. Given that I am size wise on the very upper end of its limits I am blown away I am easily able to get to over 20mph and it powers up hills with ease. I bought this to be able to bike with my son and keep up with him and we are already having fun racing up and down the hills in our neighborhood. I’ll come back to update this after 50 or so miles. Update: 50 miles in, still running strong. Once you unlock it if you’re within the max weight capacity it will always get up to 25 mph on a flat area. You can feel it has more power and will ease off once it hits 25 mph. Range wise it does not do whatever they claim 40 miles per charge is only gonna happen if you keep it on modes 1-2 (out of 5) with some no pedal assist. You might get closer to 40 in modes 4-5 at a slow speed but I doubt it and it’s hard to not twist that throttle and let her rip when you’re in those modes. However, I suspect on newerish batteries you can get about 15-20 miles per charge going as fast as possible on mode 5, so anything after that is up to you to pedal. This bike is not one of those $2k-$3k dual motor bikes you can take in loose sand but it’ll handle hard packed sand no problem. If you’re looking for something with a 40+ mile range you can take on loose sand this isn’t the bike. But, if you’re looking for sub 40 mile range, affordable, sturdy, and can at least do some beach sand and can cruise at 25 mph on flat roads this is definitely an affordable choice.

Let me start with a couple of minor improvements I would have liked. A rear light instead of a reflector, an electric horn instead of a bell, and a more comfortable seat would all be great. However, those are all very minor and the pluses far outweigh those issues. It is an extremely sturdy bike. I'm 5' 11" and 225 lbs, and the ViVi feels like a motorcycle with no concerns at all with cornering or breaking. The bike doesn't weigh nearly as much as it looks like it should. 72 pounds. I'm able to lift it ok and maneuver fairly easily. It is packaged very well - no damage at all. It is very easy to build with most of the assembly already done before shipping. I've put on over 30 miles to start and have used about 60-70% of the initial full charge. I mostly only use level 1, so I'm sure it won't go as far if you use a higher level. Level 1 feels like it is a great balance to cover the added weight over a mountain bike and add about 30-40% more speed with the same effort level. Out of the box, it has a max speed of about 21mph, but you have the option to change the max and go up to 25mph. I tried it and it works great. Don't forget to adjust the disk breaks as mine were rubbing the pads initially. The price is reasonable. I recommend it.

Bike is fast and a great buy . It is heavy to carried if you want to bring your bike in your house , instead of the garage. Only issues is that I have to buy another one with smaller wheel the 4 . 0 tires will not fit on any carried on bus bike rack.
