This is truly a beautiful bag. I saw where some complained about the zipper, but mine as a heavy metal zipper that works great. I like the way it opens and you can stuff it full of your essentials. It is not as 'big' as I thought it might be, but it sure packs a punch when it comes to holding everything that you need or want to take with you. The fabric is beautiful and very soft and lush feeling. It is a little pricey. I did get it on sale, but even at sale price it is a little much. However, I really wanted it for its fabric and style so I think it was money well spent.

Did I need another cosmetics pouch? No, I did not, seeing as I have a whole collection to choose from. But I love this one; my new favorite. First of all, it has a very bougie look and feel, with the deep burgundy quilted velvet exterior and rose gold finished zippers/hardware. This is the mini size, by the way, but holds more than enough for me for travel (and everyday). I don't think the size is shown in the description: it's about 6.5" long and a bit under 3" on each side when zipped up (I love the diagonal zipper that allows it to close into a rectangular shape, but opens up flat). Inside are two main compartments, plus a thin zippered pocket in the center and a shallow but longish slip pocket on one side (fits a mini container or maybe lip/eye pencils). It was a bit hard to photograph and show the clever design, but I especially love the way it opens flat so you can see everything and not dig around.

UPDATED REVIEW: I've had this bag for a few months now and the zipper no longer works. The zipper has always stuck a little but it now doesn't hold at all. As you can see in the picture, it's not overstuffed, it's simply wonky. I've seen other people comment on the zipper being cheap. Believe them. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This bag is beautiful! I really do love the exterior. However, I purchased the large and it's closer to a standard bag size than large (the medium and mini must be tiny). For reference, in the attached photos you can see size comparisons of my current Sonia Kashuk bag that I've had for several years and the Charlotte Tilbury bag I just purchased. The bags are essentially the same size. When opened, the CT bag looks roomier since it opens wider but it actually holds fewer products than the other bag due to the dividers and angled zipper (these force you to place your products in specific directions for them to fit). I originally bought this bag thinking "large" would be bigger than my standard bag so that I could fit my brushes in it too. However, this bag doesn't even fit all of my makeup. I'm keeping it because it's cute but I still have to search for a truly large makeup bag.

An ok bag tbh for little makeup stuff, a lot of compartments inside which i love to keep products separated. Looks much better in the picture than actual. Color is same tho, gets dirty pretty quickly due to the fabric, zipper is sort of weak seems like will fall apart soon
