I ordered the Charlotte Tilbury Travel Makeup Bag of my Dreams, which is a mini makeup bag organizer, sized 6” wide, 3” high and 3” deep. This is an attractive, small bag that is a perfect fit in a purse without crowding other contents. There are two compartments separated by a middle zippered pocket. There is a smaller pocket on one side. Between the exterior and satin lining is lightweight padding to protect the contents from being squished in your purse. I really like the look of this quilted bag, the burgundy velvet exterior and burgundy satin lining looks and feels rich and the interior will hold many small items (i.e. lipstick, makeup brush, smaller makeup items) with ease. Personally, I am using it to hold all those miscellaneous items in my purse like pens and pencils, cheaters, cough drops, band-aids, breath mints, sticky note pad, etc. It works perfectly and keeps all these small items in one place. There are options to purchase larger bags and I look forward to adding those to my collection (Amazon wish list!). This beautiful line of cosmetic bags also makes a thoughtful gift. So far, everything has worked well, if anything changes I will update this review. I do recommend this lovely bag.

We received this makeup bag through the Amazon Vine Program and I must say, we are insanely impressed! The zippers are solid metal and glide so smoothly that you’d swear they were YKK (though I didn’t see any branding). They give the whole bag a premium, durable feel. The size is just about perfect, compact enough for travel, yet roomy enough to hold everyday makeup essentials. I unwrapped this to find the logo glued on at an angle and off center. The outer zipper was sticky. The interior couldn't really hold the items I have, so I tried some travel toiletries and they somewhat worked. However, with a satiny interior, I am hesitant to put any bottles or tubes in there that could leak and spoil the fabric. While I like how it opens up flat, the center pocket is too shallow -- I couldn't fit any type of wipe I had on hand without it sticking out, which means I can't zip that part shut. The elastic side pocket will only take very slim/narrow items, and they don't really stay in since the elastic is loose. I put my Pickle Rick setting spray and a folding brush in there to give an idea of how much it could hold. Yes, outer fabric is very velvety and plush, which makes it look great on the surface, but is it worth $30? I can use a fancy vintage airline amenity kit to hold practical-sized objects for less.

Love this! The color is stunning, especially with the gold accents. It’s soft and it opens flat! I’ve never seen a small makeup bag like this, but I’m a huge fan. It has a zippered pouch in the center, and an open pouch on one side. The only thing I don’t like is the zipper—I think at this price point, they could have used a better quality zipper, like YKK. The zipper isn’t very smooth, and sometimes gets stuck. It just feels cheap and doesn’t pair well with the look and high quality feel of every other part of the bag. That is my only gripe. It’s a great bag, attractive, and feels sturdy (except for the zipper).

This is the cutest little bag! I love how compact it is but still offers a lot of space. It fits my longer makeup items like certain concealers as well as cream contours. I wanted something a decent length to where it wasn’t feeling like I was shoving so many things into it yet didn’t take up a lot of space in my bag. Definitely worth it, cute and stylish to boot.
